i have gotten a $25 promotional gift card from hollister and i would like to return an item i purchased. although without the item, the total sum of my purchase would be less than the required $75. hollister states: Offer valid on all purchases exceeding $75 in Hollister stores located in North America, excluding the following: the EPIC store on Broadway in New York, Mall at Millenia in Orlando FL, Fashion Show in Las Vegas NV, Ala Moana in Honolulu HI, Pearlridge in Aiea HI, Florida Mall in Orlando FL, San Francisco Centre in San Francisco CA, Water Tower in Chicago IL, and Aventura in Aventura FL. Promotional gift cards expire on 1/30/2010. Not valid on previous purchases, gift card purchases, or online at HollisterCo.com. Restrictions on bulk purchases may apply. Not redeemable for cash or store credit. Not applicable with employee discount. Other restrictions may apply. For returns related to purchases made in conjunction with gift card special events, the company reserves the right to zero out the gift card value, to reduce the value of the refund by a pro rata share of the gift card value, or to provide merchandise credit only. so would they make my gift card balance to zero if i return my item? help would be very much appreciated!!!!! or if you're confused with my question here's a simplier translation: hollister saids that if your purchase is greater than $75 then you get a $25 promotional giftcard. i bought 3 items. one of the items i want to return BUT then the sum of the purchase wouldn't be over $75. the terms and conditions of hollister saids that they might cancel out my gift card. will that actually happen???? more
