Voting Question: Execution of the marketing strategy! please help! simple questions?
BRASS is a proposition for a program that alleviates the hassle and costliness of textbook purchases for Richard Stockton College Students. At the same time it redirects bookstore profits into a different, more attractive, and much more marketable initiative. It does not eliminate book purchases, as many students will still wish to own their textbooks, but it offers the rental of multiple textbooks throughout the semester. Essentially, the college will purchase an adequate number of all required textbooks, and lend them one of each to any student with proof of relevant class enrollment. There is a flat fee for the semester, something upwards of three hundred dollars. The fee varies though, depending on how many books a student requires. Students can return any book at any time if they change classes or drop classes, and they will either be credited for the return or the book will be replaced. Books will be graded on their condition upon rental and return, and applicable fees will be applied. Again, the purpose is not to replace the purchase of books, but to offer the student greater flexibility and affordability.
