We have had our house on the market now, nearly 1 year. So as well as our EA we have decided to try and sell our property ourselves now, we are placing all these free ads on sites etc and set up a website for our house for sale. This is a hypothetical question, but here goes, If for the sake of argument we manage to sell our home ourselves, through ads we have placed ourselves or through our website, not through any form of advertising on the part of our EA, do we still have to pay our fees to them. They would not of sold our house, but we ourselves. They do have a SOLE AGENCY AGREEMENT with us, but just wondering. Although my stance on porn is not necessarily on the side of complete acceptance, I have tried my best to tolerate it. I have always believed that men turn to porn for a variety of reasons, such as when they are not being satisfied in the bedroom, when they are displeased with their partner or are not having sex as often as they would like. My husband explained to me once that he looks at porn because that is the easiest way he can get in the mood by distracting his mind from any worries or stress he may be feeling so he can better please me in the bedroom. He also explained that he likes to watch porn movies for ideas to keep things interesting for the both of us. I have said that I would gladly watch his favorite porn movies with him so that we can enjoy it together and so I can learn what he would like. To begin, I found racy photos saved of my sister-in-law, as well as other female friends we both know. I thought that to be pushing the envelope a bit, since there is a difference between looking at photos of random Photoshopped girls beckoning with their come-hither gestures and fantasizing about people that are near and dear to our hearts. I then found an obvious exchange of nude photos of my husband and separate racy photos of a random girl. In these photos, they each were holding up a piece of paper with the time and date written on in, as well a flirtatious progression of words, suggesting that several photos had been exchanged between the two of them. These photos had been exchanged earlier this year while we were engaged, a time when we had to be temporarily separated by distance, but barely two weeks between two different long visits. I also found a document containing several saved links to a website advertising local call girls. Upon confronting my husband, he was upfront with me and said that while I was away, he had been feeling unbelievably horny and had exchanged photos with a random girl who e-mailed him a photo of herself claiming to be a real person. He said while browsing porn sites, he clicked on some photos of call girls that happened to be in the local area, but never with the intention of pursing anything. He told me that he had momentarily lost control of himself and that once he exchanged the photos with that girl, he felt like he had betrayed me and was devastated that he did it. Once the exchange happened, he wanted to commit suicide because he knew what he did was hurtful and disrespectful. Thankfully, he did not harm himself. He vowed to never do anything like that again. He meant to delete everything but never got around to it due to a busy schedule (wedding-related events, family visits) and I beat him to it. He swears that he will not look at porn anymore, even though I have told him that I do not mind whether he looks at it or not. It is just when it goes to far that I become uncomfortable. He has been down on his hands and knees sobbing and begging for forgiveness, swearing that he will prove to me that I can trust him again. I am struggling to believe that I did not cause this in some way. He swears to me that I did nothing wrong, but I am feeling overwhelmed and disappointed to find this out. How do I fully move on from this? I do not want to keep punishing him for this and do not mean to punish him... I just want to know what to do to learn how to trust again and to let this go. This is a bit of an iffy opinion question most likely - my current work resume lists the website of the company/organization that I've been part of in the past. I was wondering if this is okay - since most of the organizations I have been in are non-profit and not as well-known as say, MTV networks. My boyfriend's birthday is coming up. He is a pilot and also very eco-conscious. (...Yes, I know it seems ironic.) He's been toting around the same old smelly, noisy carry-on for years and I'd like to buy him something that is (A) environmentally friendly, (B) soft-sided but somewhat structured, and (C) not totally frumpy. I like Patagonia's travel gear, but I didn't want to get him a rolling backpack or duffle without structured sides. I found a few nylon carry-ons on the REI website, but couldn't find info. on how they're waterproofed/whether they're PVC free. I know what every hardgainer's nightmarish experience must be like because I am one. I'm an 18 year old male and I'm 5'11" and a wimpy 130 lbs. Before I took weight gain seriously or before I cared about my body, I was a frail 5'10" and 114 lbs, and that was only 2 years ago. Even my doctor suggested I had to gain weight because of my unhealthy looks. But don't get me wrong...before that I ate just like a normal person should...3 meals a day plus dessert. I just had and still have a lightspeed fast metabolism. Since then I've tried numerous things such as adding a milkshake to my every day diet and doing crossfit. I'm built like a runner, but I've had numerous injuries running cross country in the past like hernia-like abdominal pain and plantar fasciitis, so I don't know what other advantages stand for my body type. I think one of the biggest challenges to being this body type is that it's extremely hard to get out of, and genetics lock my body from ever gaining a single ounce of muscle unless I train EXTREMELY hard. I'm built like my mom: skinny and long arms and legs. But I've figured that genetics can't stop every type of method to gain weight and muscle. So I've also tried a program called crossfit and so far it's too early to tell if anything's been working (1 month) but I've been too skeptical that it may not be suited exactly for my body type. I've also been eating more frequently but less in each meal. So if you were a hardgainer or still are but making progress, or if you know a hardgainer, what have they been doing that has been successful with gaining muscle and weight? I need some tips to know if the road I'm going down is the right road. It would be great to know tips from a guy who used to have exactly the same traits as me. What works for a hardgainer and what doesn't? What exercises are exclusively for hardgainers and helps them build muscle fast? What about the diet? I've looked at things like skinny vinny's website but I don't want to risk getting a product that doesn't help. So I don't want product advertising on this page please. But anything or any exercise that costs little or none of my money at all and is extremely effective for people just like me would be great for me to know about. Thank you for your time :) more

I don't have a lot of experience with coding but I'd be more than happy to learn. I just have a couple of problems. The first is that I don't currently have any money to dedicate to this, so I can't just go out and take a semester at the local community college or buy some books on the topic. If they're something I can find at the library I could try to make that work though. The second problem is that I seem to be having a really hard time finding information on the internet that I can use and telling which free servers would be the best for what I need. I want to make two websites. The first one will hopefully be a site advertising an organization I'm helping to form with a friend. I need to be able to have a main page and various links leading to other parts of the website where goods will be sold. I'd like if I could set up some sort of shopping cart from there and then people can just add things to the shopping cart and make a payment during checkout that will go to a paypal account. The second website I want to be a profile site. Where people can sign up and search for other members in their area, maybe create groups. I'll need to have a donation area set up and I'd like if members could get points for activity that could go towards purchasing certain benefits on the site like being able to see who has viewed their profile and things like that. Right now I'm looking for any and all information, this includes links to free severs that you think I would be able to use, information on how to code a webpage and pretty much anything else you can think of. Hello, I own a Small Company FL and wanted to know some techniques as to how to advertise your business/products for free in your local or country area. All of them were just a waste of time and money as i did NOT make any sales on it at all. But I have to say... You get what you pay for... and $0.2 Per click on FB Ad's will NOT get you anywhere. im verrrryy young, im 16 but a lot of people think i have the talent for this so i wanna give it a shot. I make customized patchwork bags that iv sold and given to ppl locally and it has been said tht mayb i shud create this businuss online for the world to c. Iv been looking at costs of creating a domain name for a website and their not bad averaging 10 dollars to start and some an additional small amount per year, and others just the startup fee. I'm srous about this but there's A LOT to it, from accepting credit card payments to designing the webpage (im NOT hiring a site designer btw i dont have the money for it and iv been told its not worth it because i could probably do it onmy own) But reguardless i need some tips on beginng this: like what is the best site to register a domain name with and why? how does the accepting money through a merchant account really work? How do I advertise once its up and running? Would it b a bad idea to create a facebook page for it? after the costs of making the bag, whats an appropriate labor charge? I am getting things together to start a residential cleaning business and I need to get some business cards, a website, some flyers, and ads to post on the internet. I was thinking about offering my brother the job, because he has his own advertising company that does this kind of stuff. However, since his business has been put on the backburner, I would like to offer him a set amount of commission on jobs that I get from his advertising instead of a huge flat rate (to keep start-up costs down). What is a reasonable rate - that doesn't leave him feeling cheated, but also doesn't leave me without a profit? I want to create an online boater exam course. There are currently 2-3 online courses (you have to be approved by a national association) which offer a course leading to a boating safety certificate in the 42 states which offer one. The material is straightforward and there is not much difference between the courses; I have a different approach to wrong answers and review of material which will make me competitive, but not superior; to the others. My question is this: I don't know how the other sites (found by Googling boat exam or boat course) advertise or do SEO, and I need to know what I would have to do with either SEO or a "sponsored site" to get my site on the first page. So, I've been applying to jobs for seven months now and I still haven't gotten an interview. First off, let me say that I'm not applying for jobs at Microsoft, Google, Yahoo, etc. I'm applying, for the most part, for standard office jobs. I have a joomla based website i have some awesome theme, when the theme was advertised it had awesome menus at the top, but when i use the menu module it comes up as plain words for the menu. I have legacy activated and the theme has been properly installed (everything else works) but the menus wont go. In the template manager it says "menus: could not assign to template" or something.
