Voting Question: Should I buy an Xbox 360 or PS3? Based on games?

I know this question has been asked a lot before but the answers and opinions I already read weren't good enough for me to decide. I'm quite a newbie when it comes to consoles like these, I played both the Xbox and PS3 before once or twice but I enjoyed playing both. I'm leaning slightly towards buying an Xbox 360, because it's cheaper (I'm not that rich) and has more games, but I know that's because it's older too. I don't think I care much about the online possibilities, I know it's fun to play online but I could do without. I don't need a Blu-ray player either. I don't care about things such as noise and fail rate. If you want to help me decide: As you might have understood I'm just a starting gamer (but a serious one). I don't need a lot of shooting games, one will do, and I like playing fantasy games and RPG's. So... Based on this information, could you help me out with your opinions, based on the games for each console? For how many years do you think games new will still be developed for Xbox 360? And what do you think about the game line-up for this year for each console? Sorry if it's a lot of questions, I just want to be sure about this before I spend my money. Thanks! more

I've always been straight, or so I thought, but lately I seem to be developing feelings for a female friend and I don't know what to do about it? Basically we have only met once and got on very well, but since then have only really stayed in contact via facebook, MSN and texting. She's never given me any cause to think she's anything but straight. We talk pretty much everyday and often play these silly RPG games where we pretend to be other people. About a fortnight ago we were playing one of the "games" on MSN and got onto the subject of sex, it suddenly got quite graphic, and I found myself becoming very turned. I didn't say anything to her, but afterwards before I signed off for the night she implied that she'd been turned on as well. Knowing that I she had been turned on as well, made me feel even more aroused. We exchanged flirty texts till the early hours and I masturbated while I thought about her. Honestly, I don't think I have ever been so turned on. Since then we've spoken, but not about the "sexy" stuff, and every time I try to she steers away from it. It seems to have changed everything, and I think I'm feeling more and more attracted to her everytime we speak. I love her personality, it's what I like most and I've suddenly noticed how "pretty" she is. I find excuses to text her all the time, and when she's not online I find myself getting frustrated. I'm also finding myself jealous of a friendship she has with another girl she works with, I don't think there is between them other than friendship, but my friend is one of these people who seems quite flirty nature and flirts with both sexes. When I see her leaving flirty messages on facebook for this other girl I'm going insane with jealousy. We live on opposite ends of the country and that's why we don't really see other in person, I hate that this girl see's her everyday. The other day my friend and this girl went out for a meal in the evening, just the two of them and I hated it! I just don't know what to do about it? I don't really want to lose our friendship, but if I tell her how I feel she might never speak to me again. I keep thinking about making love to her and kissing her all over. i love games that are rpgs, especially old ones. i already know about: oblivion (awsome... iv had it for years and am still not bored of it.) the bards tale (good and funny) elven legacy ( is this any good? doesnt work on my laptop.) two worlds ( good but has rubbish graphics ) i know many others but cant think of any atm. world of warcraft is amazing... but i can only play it for 2 weeks max before i get bored. during this time i normally have to make new accs all the time or i get bored. although i have a lvl 78 and loads of lvl 20-70 i would prefer games that are not online as i cant take my router to my dads. my dad loves rpgs aswell, he likes to watch them as he stuggles with them... just battles ect... he likes stratagy, turn based games as it gives him time to do things... he likes to take his time :Lsorry, forgot about those games jon, iv already completed all them about 10 times. apart from the online one. i avoid the online monthly payments, as its normally a waste of money.i want names of rpgs that are based on the old times mostly, such as oblivion. more

I'm a good flash programmer i would say, and i could program a full RPG game. (I'm not some noob who's trying to take on a big project, so please don't tell me "Try with something small before making an online game.") I've done all types of games, and i COULD make a MMORPG, (although, it would take a very, very long time for me to do so.) So my question is, would a flash MMORPG be popular? Let's say the graphics were professionally made, and the MMORPG had lots of servers, etc. Would people play it, and pay something like £2 a month for benefits? I know DOFUS is a successful Flash MMORPG, but i was wondering if there is room for another Flash MMORPG online. (Yes, i know it would need a lot of investment, offices, staff, etc, but i just want to know if it would be popular, and if it would work??)I know languages such as Java and C# are much more suited for this kinda thing, and the Flash MMORPG would have 2D graphics. more

i have all consoles but at the moment i am trying to get my gamerscore up. What game is good, addictive and is'nt too hard for me too buy on 360. Voting Question: A good graphic editor for flash 8 please?

I'm a good flash programmer, and i was making a little RPG a while ago. (Not a MMORPG, just a single player, offline, birds-eye-view type RPG.) I can program it and everything fine - add quests, items, fighting, monsters, etc. However, my weakness is really the graphics side of things, and flash isn't really a great tool to use for graphics unless your quite artistic. So my question is, does anybody know of any good graphic editors that can be used in conjunction with flash? (2d only.) I've looked at the graphics for DOFUS, an online flash MMORPG. I quite like their graphics, but i understand that they would take time to make, and are made by highly skilled people. Any good 2d graphic editor would be fine (even the one that is used for DOFUS.) Hi, usually I'm playing a game that grabs my interest but everything they have online has gone downhill.. Runescape used to be my favorite game to play online but after all the updates including the wild being gone I can't stand to play it. are there any good games out there that will not get boring very fast? I like RPG's mostly multiplayer if possible. FPS's are ok but I don't play them too much... Does the 360 have any online RPGs? Games like WoW for PC and Phantasy Star Online for Dreamcast, they were brilliant. Not interested in Phantast Star Universe though. All good RPGs tend to be single player on the 360.I have Fable II but that isn't an online RPG, you can only really play that single player. I want a game that you can create your own character and then level them up with other people doing the same. WoW is the biggest example I can think of really. I kinda want the PS3 - everyone who has it says it's really good, I like that you can watch blue ray films on it and it doesn't cost money to go online on it. I have owned the previous 2, so it would be nice to get the third as well. I own a Wii, and the best game I've ever played was Bully Scholarship edition. So i have this art exam in 3 weeks and i need to start preparing with preparation work. I've been given the following 8 topics: 1. Identity, 2. My family, 3. Inside my head, 4. Favourite things, 5. Memories, 6. Fears, 7. Myself, 8. Emotion. I have to choose only ONE. My preparation work should link to my final piece (the 10 hour exam). Now, i was thinking of doing Favourite things or Myself. They are both quite similar. I had the idea for the 'Myself' topic, to do a self portrait of myself, only in Anime/Manga style. Or for 'Favourite things', my Name - Felicity, in the middle of a big sheet of paper, canvas, card, anything, in a creative style, then drawing some of my favouite things around it, or something like that. I would like my exam and final piece to link to myself, my intrests etc My main intrests are Anime/Manga, Music, Guitar, Gaming (RPG online or console) being with my boyfriend and friends, in some kind of unique way, so i would like my prep and final to link to some of those. All new ideas are welcome and very helpful, any tips on ways to present my work would also help, if you can think of other ideas on the other 6 topics then please feel free to list them. My skills? Well just like anyone else, i can draw anything if i put my mind to it. I'm looking for a free rpg making site, text-based, and doesn't require download. It can sort of be like this site for making petsites: http://www.v-petsite.com/ <<---that's V-Petsite, and it's impossible to make the type of RPG I wanna make without pets. I am also hoping the site is free whatever it is, mainly 'cause I wouldn't be able to afford the paid type of sites. I'd be glad to join a site that's like V-Petsite - free, premium membership is optional, has a set engine to make the type of site you wanna make, allows you to make your own layout/code, add enemies, make/add games, and most importantly for the RPG kinda thing, you have to have playable characters. I plan on making a werewolf kind of roleplay. I've got a nearly done story for it to be a pretty interesting (not sure about fun yet ^^;) rpg. Here's my info on what I plan to do, but read if you don't mind spoilers. XD RPG Name: Lunar World: Dusk of Heroes (Version one name, and sort of like a "Dawn of Heroes" thing but hey, it's a werewolf rpg! X3) Slogan/Mini-Description: A world inhabited with beasts of the night; good and bad. World Name: Lunar World (duh XD) Player's Alignment: Good or Bad (if possible, you choose your side. Otherwise, default would be the good side) Story (may be changed time to time): One late afternoon, a mad scientist by the name "Dr. Inasum" was testing out mutation chemicals that well, worked. These chemicals accidentally were discovered and thought to be a new juice of some sort. Dr. Inasum realized the chemicals weren't fully developed, as they'd only react to mutate objects, things, or people with the shining of moonlight. It also had chances of making the mutated ones evil, and others (you) good, or at least free of will. Sometime after the drink was fed to some peoples' pet, or the juice was poured into lakes, animals would now mutate into evil beasts since most animals wouldn't have much free will of their own. Those who had their free will, mostly the hero mutants, went ahead to try and find a cure for this mess and help pets and animals return ro normal without harm. Though, some juices also got into plants, mutating those to powerful, most vined, monsters that heroes had no choice but to destroy. (so much for being green in this case I guess XD but seeds are collected afterward so I'm not encouraging such cruelty to plants or animals. ;3) When these heroes or villains transform at night, it's finally called their "Lunar form". Some turn into werewolves, others into werecats, while some also turn into other beasts such as dragons or mixed beasts like wolfcats (werewolf and werecat together) So, how do you like? ^^ Answers are most appreciated though, I really wanna make this roleplaying game for Halloween and mostly, satisfying my werewolf mood.
