Open Question: i sign a contract with my re agent to sell my house but i pull out the first week, i decided not to sell she d?

she didnt do any advertising yet she didnt do anything but put it on the mls, and on the sign contract i told her i would not pay her a commission and she will be working for free, she would get pay from sell from buyer agent they would split the commission if house sell but i pull out of the sell , i didnt sign or accepted any of the offer that came in yet. I got 2 offer but didnt sign it yet. Now can my agent sue me for pulling out of the sell? I thought she was working for me for free, if she win in court how is that count as free? She try to send me lawyer letter to scare me but will see.i sign the leasing aggreement but i told my agent that i would not pay her and she put it in the contract, she is working for free that is what it say in the contract, and she would get pay if house sell, she would split the commission with the buyer agent. I dont want to sell, i dont need the listing release just wait out the date of expiration. I didnt sign any accepted contract yet, i got 2 offer the first week but didnt sign.did any1 even read my listing before answer the question. I told her i would not pay her a commission and i told her to put that in the contract and she did, and she say that is ok and she would bring her own client to buy it or share the commission with the buyer agent. i didnt agreed to pay her the commission, i agreed to pay buyer agent a 2%, and she told me she would get it from buyer agent or get her own buyer. I receive 2 offer but i didnt accepted yet. I sign listing agreedment that she would not get a commission from me. She say it is ok and would bring her own client to buy or get commission from buyer agent. more

Alright, so I'm looking for a job, but I'm not old enough to be hired, unfortunately, and I really would not be able to get to a local job, anyhow. So i've turned to the one option left - Babysitting. I have taken (and passed - yes, there is a test.) a babysitting course, and I can say that I'm able to babysit. In the past 3 years, i've often been left home alone with my sister, who though is a year younger than me, isn't very mature. I take care of her, and am left home alone with her, and I also have a mentally challenged/handicapped brother who I take care of sometimes. I also used to care for my baby cousin, before he grew older, changing his diaper, feeding/playing with him, etc ... Now it's time for me to earn money, hence the babysitting. I believe that I'm experienced with my family, though never with anyone else's children. My question is - how would I begin ? My neighbourhood is a cul-de-sac, right beside a major road, on the other side of which is another neighbourhood. I know many people around here, as well as older kids, though there are hardly any children. How would I go about finding clientele, or children to babysit? I'm very shy, so going from door to door and talking to people would not really be preferable, though I will if I absolutely have to. In addition, posting a flyer on a telephone pole would be a too public. I'm not bad with kids, but I'm not the greatest, though I do like them, and am willing to learn. (: A friend has offered to come along whenever she's avaliable and help me out, completely free of charge, and she's also completed a babysitting course. Voting Question: I want to make a couple of websites, what are the best resources/free servers?

I don't have a lot of experience with coding but I'd be more than happy to learn. I just have a couple of problems. The first is that I don't currently have any money to dedicate to this, so I can't just go out and take a semester at the local community college or buy some books on the topic. If they're something I can find at the library I could try to make that work though. The second problem is that I seem to be having a really hard time finding information on the internet that I can use and telling which free servers would be the best for what I need. I want to make two websites. The first one will hopefully be a site advertising an organization I'm helping to form with a friend. I need to be able to have a main page and various links leading to other parts of the website where goods will be sold. I'd like if I could set up some sort of shopping cart from there and then people can just add things to the shopping cart and make a payment during checkout that will go to a paypal account. The second website I want to be a profile site. Where people can sign up and search for other members in their area, maybe create groups. I'll need to have a donation area set up and I'd like if members could get points for activity that could go towards purchasing certain benefits on the site like being able to see who has viewed their profile and things like that. Yesterday, Monday July 26th, we went to the State Fair. We had a wonderful time and were planning on going that day anyway. Especially when the header and footer are both advertising this years fair. When we get to the fair the parking attendant tells us that the free parking promo was from a few years ago and that a lot of people have complained about it. The $5 admission also wasn't a current promo. Having said that we were already planning to go yesterday anyway, this promo was just an added bonus. But it still bothers me that they wouldn't honor the promo. Especially since so many people have complained about it. They really have no excuse since they've had more than enough time to take down those pages. They must have had the same complaints last year. So my question is: is there some kind of class action lawsuit that can take place? I don't know how class action lawsuits work, btw. Ok..so I got my free Experian credit score from a website advertised on TV and it said my score is 595 which on their site says that I am in the "High Risk" area. But then I heard that the best scores are from the creditors themselves, so I got all three credit scores from the transunion website. According to them my Experian credit score is 630 and that I am in the "Fair" rating area. At first I thought that there had been a change that caused my score to go up suddenly but when I checked both sites nothing new had been posted and they both had the exact same information. What the crap?? I am hoping to one day get a home loan to buy a house but I will need a credit score of at least 620 to get the loan. Which one is right and how do I know if that is the same number the bank will get if I apply for a home loan?? Oh and when I got my credit score from transunion I got all 3 scores which were all above 600 (632, 630, 622). So why would one accredited website have my credit score at 595 if it is really well over 600? None of this making since to me. Does anyone know?? more

I've had this laptop for under a year and it used to work perfectly.. No popups, no viruses, nothing. Starting about a month ago I've been getting what I believe to be called malware downloading itself onto my computer. Antivirus Suite it's called I think, and sysinternals also. I have Microsoft Security Essentials and I tried to update that but the updates failed. Symantec Endpoint Protection is malfunctioning, and I have to restore my computer in safemode atleast once everyday. Sometimes up to a total of 4 times a day. My computer is always at risk 24/7 and I'm getting sick and tired of having to keep restoring. I downloaded Spyware Doctor thinking it would get rid of all my problems. It came up with 637 infections, and 6 threats. I'm at a high threat with Trojan.Agent.XJ (1 infection), low threat with Application.TrackingCookies (468 infections), low threat with Adware.Advertising (151 infections), low threat with Spyware.Known_Bad_Sites (9 infections), low threat with Adware.Windows_ControlAd (1 infection) and a Info & PUAs threat with Application.GameVance (7 infections) I have no idea what to do! I'm so confused. I could really use any help you could offer. I'm 16 so I understand technical terms very well :/ Do I need to buy Spyware Doctor? Is there any free way to get rid of this? Resolved Question: How much is this horse worth?

This is my 3 year old gelding. He's currently 16.1 at the withers and growing like crazy. He is a warmblood mix with some Hanoverian, Irish sport horse, Canadian Warmblood etc in him and this mix has made quite an excellent horse. He's super quiet, has excellent form over fences when free jumped and is super brave. He is very well mannered and loves to learn new things and tries really hard at anything you ask. He was started undersaddle last year and did a few months of gentle walk trot canter work, and learned how to stand quietly, tie, trailer etc. He has been out to some shows to hang out and was very quiet and relaxed and excellently mannered. He was then turned away to grow up for the summer and has not been worked since. He was bought in once and lunged and had a gentle ride and didn't even bat an eyelid! This is such a super horse whom i would love to keep but I don't want to continue with his training as I just don't want to show anymore. He is a beautiful fluid mover and will make an excellent hunter/jumper/eventer/dressage horse one day and I am sure he is going to be worth a lot of money if he gets into the right hands. He is also the friendliest boy ever! He's got a lot of character and always makes you laugh, and he always comes running from his herd as soon as he see's you at the gate. I am not going to tell you how much I paid for him, though it was quite a fair amount, nor am I going to tell you how much he is advertised for. Would like some honest opinions on how much you feel one would pay for this horse in his current condition. Thanks!! I have been playing guitar for about 7 to 7 and a half years now. I am completely self taught, but I know a lot more about guitar than people who have been playing longer than me. I know multiple techniques from basic alternative picking to sweeping, legatto, harmonics and different ways to achieve them, and much more. I know multiple scales as well (Blues being my personal favorite >.>). I also know a lot of music theory that I intend to teach as well so people have a deeper understanding of what they are learning. I ask because I was over at a friends house and he wanted to know how to play the King of the Hill theme song. I was able to just play through it without much trouble by ear (it's a pretty easy song XD) and I explained to him how to figure out the tonic in a song and the scale, and thats how you can get an idea of how to play a certain song. (It took about 15min to explain as I went into much deeper detail). He was then able to figure out how to play the song without my help and suggested that I go into teaching. Yes..I've looked up prior stories and seen what people have said to the very question "How do I lose weight quickly while it still being healthy." I've learned a lot..I am looking for personal advice not just reading other peoples questions+answers..Anyhow. being honest here I used to be a size 6,7 which wasn't bad at all her a tall women like me, was around 150 back then..skinny, happy..then I got depressed stopped caring about personal appearance after a terrible violent break up with my old boyfriend, slowly then rather quickly I gained a gut, I was about 15-16 when I was very small and tall, I am now 19 and weigh to be 190, I am 5'9, I realize I am a "chubbier" girl now ..as in this society, for self-esteem reasons chubby girls like to be small..especially since attraction is based a lot on appearance to a male...not only that for not to further my weight and yet.. lose it! I am motivated no more procrastinating about being depressed! I get the basics...I get that my basic "normal" intake is to maintain your personal calorie maintenance level, I've calculated mine to be about 2665...which is a lot, when your not exercising, and I haven't been..anyway, minus 500 calorie intake it comes to an estimate of a 2000 calorie typical diet, however...should I shoot for 1500 calorie diet? and exersice, and then burn off a once in a while cookie? not sure..I also know that Protein Powder is good because fiber is good all around. I've heard vitamin supplements are good, + such pills like Fish Oil, good for you too. Adding few carbs like 100% whole wheat bread, fruits and vegetables, oatmeal and the minor low fat snacks.. I get a lot of it after reading a bit. And yet..not satisfied, I need some more advice to further make a diet plan. So far, most of the above eating right, exercising, supplements etc... I want to lose at least 40 pounds, but 30 is good too. 40 is the Ultimate goal, by my Birthday.. October 7th this year, if I start a plan asap from today June 25th thats about 5 months away. I couldn't stay past 11:00, because I'd need to go home and clean up and get ready for work, and I STRONGLY think that Mark should be there if you're gonna have strangers come to your house. I know you didn't ask, but ... on the subject of garage sales, there's no bigger waste of time than a poorly planned garage sale. I've had one before and I've been to a bunch, so I know what they're like. People are mainly looking for big stuff like furniture and appliances that they can resell, and baby items are always popular. If u don't have those, very few people will come. The people who do come will come in carloads, and a lot will be people that you definitely wouldn't want at your house. They'll be trying to get something for nothing, and they'll ask you to lower your prices or try to get you to go inside and look for something else. (Someone did this at my garage sale.) DON'T go in and don't let anyone go in. People look for really big sales. Smaller ones are a waste of time. They can always go to Goodwill where the selection is bigger. Most people will look and not buy anything. A few will be scoping out the place to see if there's anything they can come back and steal later (like a purebred dog), or how easy it might be to break into your house. If you advertise the sale from 8 to 12, people will come at 7 and they'll keep coming long after you want them to. Unless you name big stuff in your ad that these people want, you may sit there in the heat all day and make $20 or $30. Or you may get swarms of people, and one will try to distract you while their kid or their friend wanders around to your back yard or steals something. Overall, a garage sale is a colossal waste of time, and you'll be mad at yourself later for selling something that you bought for $20 and once valued, for 50 cents. It's really better to just offer your unwanted stuff to family and friends, or give it to Goodwill (where you can take it off your income tax next year). If you really must have a garage sale, you should spend a weekend or two going to a few, so you can see what goes on and at least know how to price things. (You've got to be cheaper than Goodwill.) And you can expect to see Anna! That's what she does every weekend -- go to garage sales and try to find stuff she can take to her house and resell. In fact, you may see her (or someone like her) twice -- once early to get your "good" stuff, and later, to offer to haul off the rest for free, so she can resell it, too. Well, that's my 2 cents. The most important thing I wanted to convey is that Mark should be there if you're determined to have a sale. Couldn't you do it on Saturday and Sunday? I don't know much about getting a permit.
