I went online to buy a puppy to be part of my family. I found a website call www.freepuppylistings.com. After talking to this person with their ad on there I caught on that something wasn't right. Come to find out they have over 20 ads up of different pups and they email people the same sob story that her landlord is going to have her dogs put down and the dog is free but you have to send her the money to ship the dog to ur house. Go ahead and go on the website and ask about a random dog then ask about a different dog but use a different email each time and you'll get the same message. He is a neutered 3 yr old indoor-outdoor cat. The longest period of time that he has been gone before is 48 hours. We have tried everything, posters, asked around, listened near garages, placed an ad in the newspaper and online....Tried leaving food out, but if he was in the immediate area/free to move around, he would've made an appearance by now. He always used to come when we called, but there has so far been no response to our calls. He normally stays fairly close to home but will follow people/kids occasionally. Resolved Question: Help with newly adopted abused dog!?

I recently was looking for a small dog. I found an ad for a free 1 year old chorkie online and it was in the same small town as me so I figured I would go look. What I found appears to be a Schnauzer/yorkie mi (about15-20lbs) who is so fearful that there is no doubt the boy has been abused. He bonded to me instantly and I took him home. He fears everyone else. My parents and siblings who live next door, my friends.. He is terrified someone is going to hurt him. Now I've only had him a few days and I love him and he has a home here forever but I was wondering if anyone had any advice on a few things... 1. His fear- can I help him overcome it? I know he will probably always be scared of people (other then me for some odd reason) but can I slowly get him to be okay with family and friend somehow? 2. Marking - While he is potty trained (no major accidents and will wait at door to be let out). I caught him trying to make just once in the house and i wanna brake this before it starts full force, but I don't want to scare him :( 3. Chewing - When i am not home or I am asleep he will chew on papers and some small plastic things. He has a few toys but can anyone give me any other ideas or know of some really good toys? Thats about it.. otherwise Murphy is the perfect dog! True I was looking for something 6lbs and under, but I came out the best taking him home =)BTW he gets along with my dane perfectly. No problem there.Yes we do have proof he was abused. The fact that he husband grabed to other dogs that had gotten out and litterally threw them from the front porch though the door (a good 20 feet) into the house. And when asking the people around them it was confirmed that the are seen hitting and yelling at the dogs constantly. I have already contacted animal control and the police. Website flipping is a huge business, and many people want an already made and established website. People with established websites sometimes like to sell their site and make cash. It is a marketplace for websites. I would make money by charging a small commission to the seller and by having ads on the website. Pros- cool idea, they have already made scripts for $50 Cons- competing with flippa and site point and websitebroker which are already established. 2. Consultants is a huge business, however, people with online businesses and websites also need help with how they should run their company. This would be a website based around a unique points system. The person who needs help with their website would buy 10 tokens for a small fee per token in order to post a question about their site. They could then post a snapshot along with the URL and questions they have about marketing, revenue, etc. Other users could then answer the questions and give feedback. Once the post closes, the ten points are distributed as follows. If there are more than 5 people who answered, only the top 5 chosen by the question poster gets 1 point each. If there are more than two but less than five, top two get two points. If there is only one poster and he has a good answer, he gets five points. The remaining five or six points are mine. If no one posts on your question within a month, you get your refund or can use points again later. You can also trade in points for cash and for prizes with people with many points. At first when the site is in beta, if there is a automatic posting thing used by scammers, users can flag them and I would manually delete the accounts. I visited a place in the new york on 7/20 to sublet. On 7/24, i gave the tenant $500 check and wrote "deposit for sublease" on the check. We did not sign anything, we just discussed details, about how I will be collecting cash from the roommate living there and paying monthly check directly to the landlord and not her. She also said that she will be telling the landlord about the sublet, but it will still be her name on the lease, no signing with the landlord, just a contract between me and her. So we agreed to meet again on 7/27 to sign. Due to financial difficulties that arose, I could not take the apt. I called her on 7/26 (2 days later after the deposit) and told her I could not take the apt. I stopped the check. I saw online that she posted ads up(free) and they were taken down by 7/28. Does she have the right to my security deposit? She found another tenant to move in so there is no cost to her and the ads to post were on a free website. She only held the room for sunday, since I paid on sat and called her on monday. more

So, I was trying to 'optimize' my computer's performance tonight, and while doing so I realized that my C: is almost completely full of.. Something. I started my search to find out where all this space was going to, and found myself freeing up about 6gigs, meaning I have about 8g free now... I can only actually find about 29-30gigs being taken up, where the heck is the rest of it? I've read a lot online about it and found that windows restore takes about 15%.. I'm supposed to have a 70g HDD but it's being sucked up by something. I've cleared out my temp files and I've done disk cleanup and defrag, and I've been to ad or remove programs about 6 times lol. I can't find where all this space is going. I'm on Windows Vista by the way :) Thanks for the help! more

I use XP and my computer has had the IXPLORE.EXE processes (usually 3) filling up my CPU useage. After some browsing on Google, I found that almost everyone was posting HijackThis logs and then people were telling them what to do. If possible can anyone help me, I'm getting quite worried about it. In case it's important, I use AVG Free Anti-virus, Ad-Aware, and I have also done a scan with another anti-virus program, all of which turned up nothing. I plan on really lowering the listing fee and selling ad space. If I can implement my marketing strategies and plans into this, I could easily be making better money than flippa. Flippa right now makes 4-5 thousand a day. I would really like to make this site, but I have no coding or programming experience. Also, the pre made scripts are fine, but work poorly. Over the summer, I would like to start an online business. My goal is to eventually make six or more figures a year. I have a few ideas, but I'm not sure which idea sounds the most profitable. 1. A website where users can list, buy, sell, trade, and auction off websites and or domain names. A place whee people can buy and sell websites. I would allow people to create an account for free, and a seller could list his website or domain name for sale by paying a small fee. A other user could buy the site he/she wants with the buy now price, or be entered into the auction for the site where they compete with other people. Right now, there is only one site that does this called flippa.com. The problem is, everyone hates the high fee they charge to list a site (19 bucks). I already have a script for my site, and if I charge smaller fee, create a user interactive friendly version, and implement my marketing plans, I could easily beat flippa. Flippa is making some good money (4-5k a day). Pros: make money from selling ad space and charging small fee. Not much competition. Cons: not really any. 2. I would buy golf bags, clubs, shoes, etc. Wholesale, and dropship them to customers on my website. The problem is, I'm competeting with huge names like golf galaxy, golfers union, and thousands of sites. 3. It would be like image shack. It would be a website where users pay a fee, and then they can store, host and share images on my secure server. 4. Sell hosting plans. Start a web hosting company. There is tons of competition.
