Ok I'm looking for a FREE web hosting site. That means no hidden registration fees, no monthly fees, no fees for pictures, etc. I have Adobe Dreamweaver which operates through html/css. I'm not much up for the preset web designs on the internet, so don't give me a site that only advertises free templates. I'd preferably like it to have 500 MB space and for that not to include any ads the site feels like it should post. Preferably no ads at all, but I realize that's hard to do. Resolved Question: I own a great music-related domain name and would like to build a discussion forum around it. How do I do this?

I want to create a forum where people can discuss the best musical talent across all styles. The domain is FinestBands.com and I think it's got huge potential but I don't have much of a budget to kick it off. What's the easiest way to achieve this? If someone has a website set up and its dedicated to providing free website templates for others but they have in the format so that the footer shows who designed the free template and it also shows work under CC license would it be okay if I just wanted to make a few changes to the layout? I will keep the credits and cc in the footer I just want to make the page layout wider so I can fit more information on my webpage.
