I am starting a Wallpaper site, I know there's already countless thousands of such "free wallpaper" websites already existing, but I thought it'd be fun to start one myself. I could probably find heaps of wallpapers to put on the site by searching through google and stuff like that, but are there any copyright issues that I need to be aware of? http://www.fantom-xp.com/ is giving many copyrighted wallpapers too Should I only use wallpapers that are explictly declared as "royalty-free"/stock, or whatever? Or is it sufficient enough to just use ANY wallpaper I can find? Of course if anyone complained about an image, I'd delete it. Open Question: does this make sense?

for physics we had to create a box that would catch a falling egg without breaking it. i had to write a paper explaiing how my device worked while using the wordsimpulse, momentum, impact, time, velcity, and force. Did i use those words correctly? The device that I constructed to stop a free falling egg from breaking when it hits the ground, was made from cardboard, paper, and rubber bands. The main idea that I kept in my mind was try to decrease the momentum of the egg. If I was going to decrease the momentum of the egg, I would therefore have to decrease the egg’s velocity. Since the only force acting on the egg when it was dropped was gravity that made it easier to bring the egg to a stop because there was no other force causing the eggs momentum to increase momentum. This was accomplished by creating a long impact time when the egg hit my contraption. The top set of flaps on the box with paper glued to them, were the first objects to decrease the eggs momentum. The cardboard and paper on top of it absorbed part of the eggs momentum, but the impulse from the egg caused the cardboard flaps to open downward. Because the egg still had a good amount of momentum in it, I added three more flaps with paper on them in the box assuming they would eventually absorb the rest of the eggs momentum consequently allowing the egg to land safely on the bottom off the box. more

I have Verizon Wireless (personal), Page Plus Cellular Unlimited Talk n Text (work), and Skype (VoIP). My 77 yr old father has Verizon Wireless. My brother has Nextel National Free Incoming 300 Plan, but going to switch to Page Plus Cellular Unlimited Talk n Text, They both use Yahoo! Voice, Google Voice, and Skype for international calling. Open Question: I am a confused teenager? In dire need of help?

Sorry its long I just turned 17 two weeks ago and I thought life would be easier after 16 and all the hormones passed but I feel so confused right now. My girlfriend of three years mom died in a car ascendant 7 months ago and she has been borderline living with my family ever since. My girlfriend name is Sage and she's a great girl and girlfriend and I love her so much. My mom and Sages mom were best friends. ever since her mom died she has been extremely clingy. I understand she hurting and she wants to be with me for support and I want and need to support as she deals with her emotions. Like I said she's been borderline living with my family because the only family she has left is her grandmother and she is elderly and can no way handle an emotional teenager and since my mom was best friends with Sages mom she has been allowing her to live at our house and sometimes going to her grandmothers house. She has two bedrooms in our house so she is living with us technically. My dad is always in China or Russia or somewhere else in the world for his job and I only see him about 5 times a year. My mom see him more often because she travel with him sometimes Also I should add in because this is important to me. I'm getting recruited for football and I'm in the top 5 recruits in my state. And I been having recruits coming to see me workout and trying to convince me that how one big school is better than the other big schools day after day and telling me that my choice can ruin me or make me. I have to sign with a school at the beginning of next year. It stresses me sometimes and doesn't help that my is pushing me everyday. Sage has been really clingy and everywhere I go she wants to go. And at night she'll sneak into my room and cuddle with me because she says she love my warmth And with me being recruited sometimes I have detract from her just to workout. And Sage has turned to pot and alcohol saying that it allows her to feel free and all her thoughts go away. She always buying the stuff and I told my mom what Sage was doing because my mom is supplying her with money and she told me because my mom parents died when she was the same age that its normal and I should leave it alone and she'll grow out of it. But its still a wrong way to handle her emotions and she lost maybe I want to say 20 pounds since she has started it she only 105 and she's 5'7 I have to go to the wieghtroom everyday for workouts and I ask Sage to go with me and that's the only place she won't go she rather smoke pot instead. And I met this girl there Meg. I knew who she was but I never talked to her. Meg and Sage have hated each other since they were kids a girl thing always trying to out do the other. But anyways Meg works out everyday and she asks me everyday how things work and to help her and I've gotten to know her and she cool and down to earth and extremely beautiful with a good heart. And I don't know if this is the right word but its kind of gotten sexier. She started wearing short shorts and she started asking to help her stretch and been bending over purposely everything she does turns me on and she says " I see someone excited" and last week it got to the point were Meg gave me a lap dance on the bench. I stopped it but I liked it no loved it. I told Sage everything and she was disappointed but she still loved me. And she told me that she never wanted to break up and no one could come between us. But maybe I want to be with Meg I love Sage it just I am so confused and stressed. I confused and stressed about everything. I feel like at a breaking point and I feel like I sick of doing all the right things and that I want to be like Sage and smoke pot and feel free like she does and do what I really wan to do like have sex with Meg but I know I can't. Open Question: Why not a labor party in the USA....since obviously both Republican and Democratic parties serve corporations?

first and foremost. 1) most americans are hard working every day people who probably down deep inside from an economic point feel unrepresented by bothe GOP and Democratic parties. 2) I would that this labor party should carefully paint its image as a) a strong belief in true capitalism and true free market, but just not the type of free market where the deck is constantly stacked via political corruption against the working people of the country. I personally would settle for a Labor party that simply took a Teddy Roosevelt (republican) or Dwight Eisenhower view of how the USA's economics should be. We just need a strong leader to advocate and get the american people to believe and see that we have been betrayed by the current system and the current politicians and need to add some more competition political to try to get them to act right, and serve the people first and foremost.Once again, I am not advocating the type of labor party that is some sort of front for a communist or socialist party. I am advocating a labor party that believes in capitalism and free enterprise but simply believes there should be some fairness towards workers and consumers ...not what we have now which is a system stacked towards big corporations and their profits. Sadly, I know that still having said this, I will still get some person attacking my idea as being communist.we used to have the type of capitalism in USA where a worker's rights was respected. Maybe we should start over and find a smaller baby step that 2/3rds of this country believe in? What about decoupling insurance from employment---give people the tax break that employers get? What about limiting mandate to cheaper catastrophic care----maybe even add some catastrophic coverage for chronic conditions, such that the catastrophic payout is paid over time for care of chronic conditions? It seems the way the bill is developing is horribly distorted----in a duplicitous effort to get single-payer through the backdoor, the American people are being forced to accept the worst of all worlds. I am a Republican who abhors allowing the government to play any part in my families healthcare. I'd prefer to pay for my own healthcare as I have been doing. I'd be willing to allow general tax money to help the poor to have access to good healthcare so long as it doesn't change the structure of my independent autonomy over my own healthcare. I abhor the healthcare in countries like the UK where government simply has been given too much power over the lives and the well-being of the majority of middle class families in the name of fairness. I'm recently starting to recover from fear of eating. About 2 years ago, I ate only 500 calories per day and it made me very sick. Then, I ate more but still skipped meals. Now, I'm on a new diet and I believe it's very healthy, but maybe I should still add more in order to lose weight in a healthy way? Breakfast- Either one serving of Special K with skim milk, and a cup of fresh fruit OR a large low-fat smoothie Lunch- 1/2 of a serving of Low Fat Peanut Butter on a Whole Grain tortilla wrap Dinner- Varies by day, I do not eat anything high in fat, fried, or greasy. Most dinners are a chicken salad with a serving of Fat Free dressing or a Lean Pocket with a serving of whole grain rice and a vegetable. Open Question: Why has my CD-RW run out of space?

I have a CD-RW which I save pictures onto and keep adding more pictures on. The CD has a 700MB capacity and I have been able to add a few more photos on each tim no problem. However the latest set of photos cant get added onto the CD because there is no more space. Looking at the details it says I have used 2.97MB and have no more free space. How can this be? Surely I should still have 697.03MB space remaining? I use this CD for pictures only, no music. more

Read their proviso which states that they can charge your card for anything at anytime they choose to! Seems like fraud!., Is it just me, or are companies getting more brazen and less honest recently? Another example:is the practice of adding in all of the interest of an interest free purchase even if paid off with "2 cents" accidentally remaining on the balance? This is now considered standard practice? Will the new laws to take effect in Feb do anything to stop such practices? After getting billions of our money, they stab the consumer yet again. Please inform me if I am misunderstanding the situation..Let me clarify: Actually, they do not tell you upfront, until you have completed all details that you want on the card and are ready to send it. At that point they incidentally tell you to fill out personal info such as your address, phone number, and your own birthday, then do they ask for credit card numbers. After that you see the legal details. Is this not misleading--especially since they initially state that there services are free? more

Open Question: Why is this girl ignoring me by text?

I asked this girl if she was single and she gave her number straight away. I gave it two to three days to call her so it wouldn't look desperate. She didn't answer when I rang (she obviously didn't know who it was), but I got a text saying 'who is this?', so I replied and told her who I was and we really hit it off to a good start. She was telling me about college and what she was doing and asking about what I was doing, but she kept mentioning how busy she was over Christmas. I text back saying 'if your free just give me a ring and we'll meet up sometime'. Open Question: Does lacking of obligation welcomes you the extra time to ponder about life?

I'm not sure if I'm suffering with insomnia because I do sleep but only for a good three hours and I follow up the rest during day time. Ever since May, when I quit my job, my sleeping patterns ceased to its irregularity. I can never fall asleep, and when I try to fix it by going to bed at 1:00 a.m. I just find myself lying down for 4 hours. There are times when I'm in bed attempting to sleep, I would look at the time to check how long I've been in bed for and to know if I slept at all and then in the morning I feel like a walking zombie and I wonder if I slept through the night or was I dreaming sleeping? In the past month I haven't had a good rest at all. I know the brain needs its oxygen and that's only given if the body is well rested. I have tried to even force myself to be awake during the day time, usually that's when the drowsiness kicks in, so I can make up for it at night. Not working. Partially, I blame my excessive thinking. Since I'm not working it gives me the free time to ponder on my daily life. Just this morning, I woke up two hours ago from 3 hours of sleep and I felt like the world is not with me. I feel detached and disoriented. I noticed my heart was beating a little fast than usual too and if I didn't get up and remain in bed I probably would have had a nervous breakdown. I realized that I do have a problem, I can almost say that I'm going through depression and I think I'm only depress because of my situation. Being jobless gives me the time to think about ANYTHING and at this point I'm thinking of turning my life around, starting over and obviously I'm not handling it well when I can't even put my body to rest and on top of it turn off my brain when it needs to. How does one feel with going through depression? Does having the free time adds to the burden? more

I really would like to find a good program to CREATE and MIX music with. Im looking for something that I can edit and mix mp3 files with, such as add sound EFFECTS and change speed and stuff like that. It would be nice if I could take my favorite songs and separate the different parts of the mp3 file and take just the beat or just the vocals out of it and add effects and mix it with other songs. That is what I really want to do, but I dont know if you can do that. Also, it would be nice to be able to make beats and mix my own songs with samples and instrument simulators. Is there a good FREE program out there that I can do this on? I really want to remix some songs!!! What is my BEST option? Tell me what I could use. Thanks. more
