I still think it is more likely we will see him in a Cavs, Bulls, Heat, or Nets uniform for the following reason Cavs management Out of all these teams, Cavs have the most successful coach in the playoffs. Cavs still have the money to go after one quality guy like a David Lee to add to the roster and they still can offer Williams and Hickson for a point guard like Jose Calderon or Darren Collison. Plus its his hometown Lebron would prefer to win 3 in Cleveland than 5 somewhere else. Bulls Bulls have a young piece in Jakim Noah and Derek Rose. Bulls offer Lebron a chance to make alot of money and to win championships. Heat Heat offers him a chance to make alot of money and win championships Nets Nets have Brook Lopez and Devin Harris Knicks Knicks on the other hand have no point guard or defensive Center, no bench, and if they sign Stoudemire which might not happen if Suns force a sign and trade to Houston and Lebron (which certainly won't happen) that team is worse off than the Cavs with Lebron without any improvements. Plus he has stated his main concern is winning and he is the highest advertised basketball player so I doubt money will cause him to move. more

Resolved Question: What DVD Ripping software should I buy/download?? I've looked into this but have some questions. PLEASE HELP!!?

I'm trying to take a regular DVD from the library and rip it to a format that can be put on iTunes and be played on my iPod Touch (iOS4). I've already done research on this and looked into it. I tried the free download of three different DVD ripping software programs (all versions for Windows - I have Windows 7): DVD Ripper Platinum: http://www.dvd-tool.com/dvd-ripper-platinum.html Aimersoft DVD Ripper: http://www.aimersoft.com/dvd-ripper.html and Cucusoft DVD to iTunes Converter Suite: http://www.dvdtoitunes.net/ For each of those, the free download offered only five minutes or less of video conversion and/or a watermark that would cover the picture of whatever I play. They say that I needed to pay for the full version for the watermark to be removed or more time of video allowed. I'm willing to pay for the full version of one (not much more than $50, though...) but I want one that works! A computer guy was at my house today installing a different computer and he told me these two programs to check out: SlySoft: http://www.slysoft.com/en/ and Xilisoft DVD Ripper: http://www.xilisoft.com/dvd-ripper.html He had to run, and I didn't have time to talk to him in detail about any of it. He did say that the SlySoft offers an additional program (AnyDVD) that runs in the background and removes copywright protection on DVDs. This however would mean that if I bought that AND the regular ripping software from SlySoft, it would be much more expensive! Is that necessary?! Other programs claim to just rip it, and don't advertise the need for additional software (I'm particularly leaning toward Aimersoft because the free download of that seemed nice, and it only costs $35 - is Aimersoft any good?!?) The other thing is, for the Xilisoft DVD Ripper, there are three options: Standard, Platinum, and Ultimate, each one $10 more expensive than the previous. Which one would do what I'm looking for??? ok this is a little long so if you dont wanna read skip to the "low down" at the bottom... ful info: basically cutting it down i have been learning japanese or tryin to for about a month or so now might be 2months, i have brought "Rosseta Stone" packets aswell to help as well as getting a weekly lessons (was daily for 2 weeks) online via my email but im not learning much and the reason is motivation, most things warn when trying to learn it that you have you be motivated to learn a new language and although i asipre this goal so much i will admit i have nothing to motivate me, i wish to learn it as i want to visit japan... but in the future not this year sorta thing and thats why i keep pushing the learning away. i want to learn it i really do but i start and end up finding msn or somthing more intresting and i dont want stupid advise saying disconnect net or wotever to get me away cause it dont work, i want to be able to speak fluent japanese and maybe be able to write basics to (maybe speak and listen though) and as i said its hard with motivation because i need to be able to speak aloud which i can do but no one helps me with it, you always need somone to help let ya know where ya go wrong and no one will, my mum dont have the time my dad hates forigen languges and my brothers just laugh at me. what i was hoping to find is maybe somthing i say on a net add once- basically it was advertising what you might call a speach buddy (i dunno what to call it) what it is, is somone who is japanese helping me learn it in the mean time i help them learn some english, well although i didnt take the add as i find adds usually r more trouble than help it did sound temptin but i struggle to find how these work as it would be hard to communicate if neighter u speak either language to well. but anyways i wouldnt mind this or somthing like it, a real japanese person teaching me and i could teach them back (would be nice to find somone of same age because its easier to build common group rather than with some guy/girl in there 30's. so i would like some means of learning japanese behond just lessons but maybe somthing like a "pen pal" but who helps with languages. i say this because i natrually am distracted by email/msn/social sites so somone my age or somone in japan would be helpful as i can talk through emails and be working all in one Lowdown: (dont bother reading if u read the above) basically im finding it hard to be motivated into learning japanese also i struggle due to short atttention spam and wanting to be emailing so i would like to maybe connect with some japanese people who would teach me (maybe i teach them english in return or not). basically a site or emailing somone who i can talk to email or wotever and we can learn from each other (prefferbly somone between 16-20 as i will have common ground with people my age- im 18 now) best answer awarded and anything else i can do to the person who helps me here as this is important to me more

The website aizhihui.net which I has never even heard of has somehow got my company name and is advertising my company details with someones actual residential address and what I can only assume is a made up telephone number! Have tried repeatedly to contact them on their site to remove the company, also sent countless emails to admin@azihihui.net which was an email address I have managed to track down for them - only to never receive a response! The problem also is when you type my company name into google their details come up first with all this false and illegal information! Very confusing for my customers and the poor people whose home address is falsely advertised as the company address. Looking at their site it seems I am not alone either with falsely advertised information. - where they get your details from I have no idea and it must be completely illegal in what they are doing, so if anyone can shed some light on this cowboy website it would be really appreciated! Resolved Question: Any one know a good email account that has mail search feature?

I am currently using AT&T Yahoo/SBCglobal.net and since AT&T took over SBC I have had nothing but problems. I have emailed support several times, received some support but their fixes never stay more than 1-4 weeks. I have had one problem for over 3 years and so far it has never been taken care of no matter how many times I have emailed them about the problem. Now they insist on adding two extra pages of advertising before we can even get to our emails. I know they get paid to let Spam "slip" through to our inboxes, but it has gotten ridiculous and now there is no way to claim something as spam and have it go to the junk files from that time on.. With their constant cramming down our throats of advertisements and some of their ridiculous features they insist on making us use, I have basically had it with them. I am now looking for another mail account that I can use as a business email account. It has to have unlimited files since I have to keep hundreds of transactions in my email files.. I am even willing to change my service provider, but don't have a clue on where to go. I have been checking out several other options but there is never anything there to tell you if the Mail Search feature is included and many do not allow unlimited files.. UK's top broadband rip-offs, together with a few ideas on how you can combat them. 1) Super-fast broadband You might think super-fast broadband sounds amazing. Lightning-fast deals via next-generation fibre technology allow you to surf the net at more than 5 times the usual speed (50Mb). Unfortunately, however, super-fast broadband generally comes with a much higher price tag than packages with standard connection speeds. And I think, at £40 a month, providers are ripping us off - especially when you take into account a 8Mb package with a 10GB usage limit can cost less than £6 a month. The fact is, unless you need faster speeds for things like watching internet TV or downloading HD movies regularly, these packages probably have far greater capability than you really need. If you're not a heavy user, paying the higher monthly cost is a waste of money, frankly. 2) Restrictions on download limits Many broadband providers boast of unlimited download limits, only to accompany these bold statements with a little asterisk which, on closer inspection directs you to a fair use policy that restricts the amount you can actually download. Fair use policies are often a get out of jail free card for providers which advertise unlimited download limits, only to impose penalties or other restrictions if you exceed a certain threshold. And, to make things even more complicated, finding out about your own download habits can sometimes feel like trying to break into Fort Knox. For example, when I called my own provider to ask them about my usage, I was only told that I ‘need not worry'. They put what's known as a 'tag' on your line, which is difficult to remove. Luckily, Broadband Choices offers a handy list of numbers on its website to contact with regards to having a tag on your line. 5) Long contract terms Last but not least, contract lengths for broadband, and indeed your mobile phone are slowly creeping up, and these days you'll often have to sign an 18 and sometimes a 24 month contract in order to secure the best deals. However, there is light at the end of the broadband tunnel, and if you don't want to be tied into a lengthy contract, you could always opt for a provider which doesn't impose one. For example, you can now get one-month only contracts from providers like Plusnet and Zen, which enable you to switch at any time. My fiance ordered a copy of p90x for considerably lower than the Beach Body advertised price while I was away on a business trip recently. She's not really internet savvy, and things have been suspicious with the confirmation emails and order tracking, so I'm starting to believe that she got scammed. Has anyone used www.p90xusaretails.net to order beach body products? The site looks like it's a cut and paste job of the beach body site, our confirmation emails were addressed to a totally different person and address, the response emails were closed "thanks, Traci", and their FAQ's section claims "track your order at any time with our purchase tracking page", which doesn't exist. Has anyone used this site? I'm considering calling the card company in the morning to cancel payment and freeze the card.Oh, and that first response reminds me... Their "Contact us" and "About us" pages on their website both lead to the same page saying "if you have any questions contact us at p90xofficial@gmail.com if you need any help." So it sounds pretty hokey. No phone number, plus a gmail email addy, and using "any" twice in a sentence. At this point I'm praying it's someone working out of their garage buying copies off ebay and reselling at slightly off retail price, but I'm still planning to contact our credit card company. more

I'm not very experienced with databases and servers, but I'm experienced with computers and I learn quickly; can someone first give me a basic outline of what I'll need to do and learn? I've planned to make this something like vampirefreaks.com, but more cyber-culture oriented, and less lenient on preachers and trolls; Therefore more friendly to those who want to be there. I'm sure you'll all agree, Vampirefreaks has slowly rotted; It happens to communities. Because it's been around for a long time, and became very popular, it's slowly fell. I plan on refreshing the community with my own new site; Which will hopefully have a longer life with new features and new rules [though not too many rules]. I'm on a fairly low budget, but flexible, and I don't plan on making a career out of this; It's gonna be free, and I'll either have a donate button, premium features [I'm not too keen on premium features though; it's unfair on people who can't pay], or I'll advertise things on this site that will make me money [such as things I'm selling, games I'm making, etc]. Obviously I plan on this being long-lived. This church advertises on the net asking people to donate money to help the needy. I will tell you who the needy are. It is run by Rev Dr Leslie Mary Trombly who has a lovely lifestyle in USA. She goes without nothing. Her hobby is running the church from her wheelchair online. It makes her feel important. Under her we have Abp Paul Baker, an old man now, married with kids and grandkids. Sunday People newspaper, UK. Very Bad Men and other tv programmes are thinking of making a programme about this guy. His last church threw him out because of "money discrepancies". He has borowed huge sums of money from parishioners and others. One lent him £8000 and then he nagged her to lend him another £7000 which she refused. Most people have to work a year to earn this. This guy then insists that he is sorry but he cannot pay it back and pleads poverty. Yet in the meantime he has about 5 holidays a year, long expensive ones, buys cars, bought a boat, joined the golf club, and takes his family out for very expensive evenings. In other words the people who lend him money end up paying for his luxuries and lifestyle. Other churches in his area refused to deal with him because he didnt pay his bills or over charged. Other jobs he had always sacked him. He is almost bankrupt and owes the bank a great deal. Yet he continues to spend a lot. Usually other peoples money, which they think he will pay back, but he never does. Although this man is married with kids and grandkids and very old now, he also pesters women at the church for sex !! He told one much younger single woman that he loved her and wanted to marry her. He bought her an engagement ring, got officially engaged to her (forgetting to tell his wife). He also virtually moved in with her, making out to his wife that he had to work very long hours and that is why he was rarely at home. He did this for EIGHT YEARS and it only ended when the girlfriend ended it, it would still be going on now otherwise. He became so loathed and distrusted where he lived, and his wife knew that she was an outcast in the town, and she was scared that if they stayed he would keep pestering this woman to see him again. So they had to move a long way away. The church knows all this, yet they are happy to keep him. Happy for parishioners to trust him with their money and their lives. The fact that he uses people and lies to people and robs them doesnt bother them. What does this say about the church? more

I have some "safety nets" in my dreams sometimes, when I can't wake myself up and the dream takes a bad turn. The most common one to show up when someone is chasing me and I can't escape is this lakefront I used to play at as a kid. The stones are all black and round and smooth, and beyond them is grass. The water is always calm, and there's a willow to one side, and a set of young birches to the other. Once I get there, I know I'm safe. I have a "restart" button whenever I go into a library. I stop whatever dream I'm having and start over with a new one. And the latest one is an ice cream shop, which I always use the same route to get to. Usually someone bad is trying to find me, so I start running from my home street, jump a red wooden fence that has a ravine on the other side (when someone is looking over they'd only see brambles, and not the pathway right below the fence) which cuts down and around a few corners until the place evens out at an ice cream shop. I go in, and I learn some skill or trade, and usually live there for a few weeks/months/years. Even though the sign advertises ice cream, the shop itself is always different. Last night it was a puzzle and craft store, and I learned how to make ceramic figures that looked alive. Once I mastered it, I was free to go and I could defeat whatever was chasing me. I personally hate brand names of any kind. Hollister, Aero, A&F, even sports brands like Nike and UA and crap. Whenever I get sports brand names I get them because, unlike fashion names, they actually ARE better quality, and I get the ones with the smallest brand markings possible. As for fashion brands, $30 for one little shirt that's too small to begin with and then just shrinks even more in the wash is insane pricing to me, I'd be fine in some $5 Wal-Mart tee compared to that. I prefer to have shirts that either have some pretty picture or sarcastic joke plastered on the front instead of having some brand name to define my status in society. I don't enjoy suffocating the student body with gallons of perfume all the time. And I really, really prefer not to be a walking billboard to advertise some annoying franchise that portrays shallow values to kids and somehow thinks that having a name written on the front will automatically make you cool. I'm not a sheep, never will be. For all of you who insist that "oh, they're clothes aren't expensive! It's really cheap pricing if you ask me!" or "sometimes the sales have really good prices, they have a cute style there...": I don't have a mommy and daddy who can give me 3,000 dollars to get new clothes for school. $25 is NOT a sale. Brand names don't make you automatically cool, they just make you look like a sheep. I prefer to be an individual, thank you very much. And for all of those who are going to say "you think that everyone who wears *insert brand name here* are stupid sheep, well that's just rude!", I can almost guarantee that your spelling and grammar will prove just how much intelligence is stored in those perfume poisoned brains of yours. As for quality, they don't last longer. I've actually had Wal-Mart clothes that have lasted far longer than my friend's Hollister and Aero clothes. Far longer. And when they actually were in retiring condition, they were still less damaged and shrunken than the brand crap. So, for anyone who shares my belief that Hellister, Eeriepostale, American Evil and Abercrazy & Itch suck for several reasons, you're awesome. For all those sheep who want to justify why overpriced, unoriginal clothes are so awesome and cute, we'll just let you live in your ignorance about why plastering a brand name on yourself does no good to you whatsoever, just helps bump corporate America up farther than they need to be. Voting Question: I have a good ISP but my internet is still really slow?

My ISP is AT&T and they advertise fast Internet connection but when I go to speedtests.net to check my Internet speed I get 0.7mbps average butnthe website shows that the average speed of AT&T in Nashville is 4.9mbps. We already called AT&T about this problem and they already sent us a modem replacement but the Internet is still really slow. Why is it like this? It's really pissing me off because every website it pretty useless. I can't watch any YouTube vids without waiting an hour for it to load and I can't even play online on my ps3 anymore without experiencing a ton of lag.I'm not sure witch speed we are paying for but I used to get around 6mbps then it just slowed down and then a few weeks later the modem wouldn't work anymore so we complained and got a new modem witch didn't really help at all except the fact that we had a working. Resolved Question: how do you keep nosey neighbours out of your life?

gosh this could be a long story try n keep it simple i live on a street where there is two houses across road from me that are nosey buggers one that likes looking in to my house so i put nets up (even my friends commented about them noiseying in) but if go out to my front door she wants to know inns and out of my business i came off holiday abroad one time i didnt get chance to get suicases and kids out of car the person who was looking after my house said to me she wouldnt stop asking questions about when im coming back (she may as well be advertising that i was away on holiday) she one of them people shes friends with every one and talks about them behind thier back i know this for definate because her kids keep slipping up when they are talking then the other nieghbour who lives next door to her like two peas in a pod even she tries to know every thing i taken my dog for a operation so ive had to use my front door to make it easier for him as back door too many steps for poor thing so walking up to school pulls me up about my dog saying oh has had an operation all she wants to know is because she wants to talk about me behind my backonly reason im stuck in that house is because im renting it i am on waiting list for another area but will take ages gets me the area is nice n quiet no trouble u just get some nosey people but you get that where ever you livei can dream of doing landmines in my sleep lol but that as far as it will go more
