Resolved Question: I want to start my own little company...?
with my brother in law. Im 21, hes 23, I'm the more ideas based, business and paperwork minded one and he is the more arty / designing one. Anyway, we want to make a small t shirt / clothing company. We've got tons of designs, we know what we want to be called, we've practically already sold about 20 or so t shirts to people, and we've been advertising on the web. However, the ones we have already made are tacky. They are cheap fruit of the loom t shirts, with the fruit of the loom label inside and basic prints!
What I want to know is, does anyone know of anywhere where they can do a decent print, and when they produce the tsshirt actually put in a design on the label that we've designed? And also the little tag on the sleeve, rather than it saying fruit of the loom, or squat orange etc??
Like a proper t shirt!!
Thanks guysHey, I understand where your coming from, but sewn on labels will never look as good as the real thing.
I understand its a busy busy market, we're doing it more for fun and something to do when we're not at work, just as a side project really. But cheers, thumbs up from me@ Cala, unfortunately I have a proper job and im not just a secratary, so dont have time to print up t shirts.
when i say like a proper t shirt i mean something that isnt A fruit of the loom t shirt with our design on the front. I mean like a superdry t shirt has a superdry label and a superdry design. Its all the one thing..... like a proper t shirt.
And when i say practically sold 20 or so, we have had orders, people asking to buy them but as we dont have the stock yet we cant sell them or take any money!
So please please please dont try and make me look stupid.
Thank you
moreOpen Question: What kind of wireless router/switch setup is best for my home networking needs?
Hello Yahoo Community, it's my first yahoo question!
Currently, we're running a home network using a Motorola Surfboard SB5120 Cable Modem (we have Cox Cable Internet w/ powerboost - *advertised speed* = 15Mbps *actual speed* = 1-2 Mbps, on a good day). We're running the network through a Netgear 54 Mbps WGR614 v6 wireless router. We have secured the network with a WPA generated passkey.
The problem: the laptops, desktops, iphones, and game systems are not able to connect wirelessly to the router at the same time without at least one getting kicked off the network or the network timing out. We have to do a manual modem reset (you know, unplug the power cord 10 sec, cross fingers, plug back in, etc.) at least once a day if not more often to get the device we want to connect at the time on the network properly.
We want to be able to connect the list of existing devices below but manage connections better so that the network isn't completely hogged and folks aren't kicked off the wireless network at home at random. The house is a two story house, but the range of the wifi signal does not seem to be the issue - someone will be surfing the net without any problems on a laptop upstairs in the furthest bedroom away from the router while someone else is trying to connect sitting a foot or two from the router itself downstairs and they can't get on.
We would also like to create a home network that can not only connect the devices listed below more efficiently, but we want the option in the future to add in a networked printer that the computers can all print to centrally as well as add network-attached storage from two spare USB 2.0 hard drives to do backups on the computers in the house and possibly use as a central media hub/server to stream to the TV in the future.
My best guess for the reason for the problem boils down to three things: 1) The cable modem is a bit old and might be giving out randomly and we may need an upgrade, but I am not sure and/or 2) We need to upgrade our internet service to 25 Mbps and/or 3) The wireless router cannot handle the amount of devices connected to it.
I was thinking about upgrading us to an Airport Extreme Base Station or similar router but need to know if this will be able to handle the connections we need.
We've got the following devices connected:
1 Desktop PC running Windows XP connected via ethernet cable
2 Macbook Pros running Leopard and Snow Leopard connected wirelessly
1 iMac running Leopard connected wirelessly
2 iphones connected wirelessly (sometimes - mostly we have to default to 3G due to devices getting kicked off the network randomly and would prefer to use the wireless connection at home)
1 Tivo DVR connected via ethernet cable
1 Ps3 system connected via ethernet cable
1 Nintendo Wii connected wirelessly
1 Xbox 360 system connected wirelessly
1 VOIP Vonage router connected via ethernet cable
Any suggestions for routers or other setup ideas would be great. One restriction is that we can't run CAT6 or other similar modification solutions as we rent our home. We need a non-destructive solution. I'm willing to run a few more ethernet cables along the floors with cable ties here and there but nothing involving drilling or running wires through a wall.
Any suggestions or advice for our set up would be greatly appreciated! :) Thank you for your time Yahoo Community!

“So... How are your computer and designing skills?”Geoff asked, she turned to look at him, she smiled“ What? I’m good on the computer; well it depends on what you want me to do” she replied, he pulled out of his pocket a leaflet for the local fair, coming Sunday, “Can you make a leaflet advertising our shop? ill ring this number to book a spot in the grounds, its Friday today we must choose some of our best hats to take with us, I think I’ll go out and buy us a computer and printer get busy thinking up ideas and I’ll be back soon. The next day Geoff and Louise were at the shop by 9 o’clock sharp, Louise was straight on the computer and straight to work on designing a leaflet, on the front page in big letters it spelt out “Hatopia!” in bright colours and a hat above the “I” and inside the address of the shop and pictures of all the hats and information about the shop, she printed one off for a example, she showed Geoff and asked him what he thought of the leaflet, “You are good on computers. Ok print of 40 and then get them ready for tomorrow, I have chosen the selection that we will take down, anyway how would you like to be in one of my paintings?” he asked holding a ladies winter hat he put it on her head, “Perfect do you want to be in a painting to be sold tomorrow?” she looked at him and she had a smile ear to ear,” what like a model? Yes, yes I would,” she pulled the stool to where she was and sat down on the stool with one hand on her hip and one hand on her head, “how does this look?” she giggled

moreVoting Question: Misleading/deceptive conduct?
Cheap.Tel is a company which sells international phone cards. It advertising included flyers which stated on the front page in large print: “No connection fee!” and “24 hour flat rates” with “1c per minute calls” written directly below the “24 hour flat rates” sentence. It also stated “2000 total minutes” next to the “1c per minute calls” sentence.
On the back of the flyer was a sentence in small print: “A service fee may apply”.
It turns out that there is a surcharge of 40c after 5 minutes of each call, no matter where the call is placed and no matter what the duration of the call (as long as it was over 5 minutes).
It also turns out that 1c per minute phone calls are to selected countries.
Does the conduct amount to false or misleading representations under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth)? If so, why and if not, why not?

You ask the cashier if she will give it to you for $5. She says she can cut it down to a small or a medium, but she won't sell it to you for $5. moreResolved Question: scammed by New Faces Development Centre in Hicksville...Plz help!!?
Hi! I was stopped at Roosevelt Field Mall by one of the scouts of New Faces Development...He said that this company provided exposure so that I could land into a job in acting or modelling. They gave me a call immediately and booked my interview appointment at New Faces immediately. When I went there it all looked so real....with several people waiting in line to be actors or models...There was music...A TV screen advertising IMTA and showing prominent successful prominent actors who had become successful in life. They asked me to fill out a form...Then this guy called Tim called me in for interview ....and he seemed like he was in a hurry and busy becoz his office was so full of people....He just asked me why I was there and told me that I could do this as a hobby and had a lot to offer in the entertainment industry....He showed me a folder filled with pictures of people that they had photographed at New faces and they had appeared in magazines and print ads....And he had so many of those fotoes...It all sounded so legit. Then he showed me his price list sheet which had all the prices of the fotoes listed....some of them were so costly like over 2100 etc...I told him that I was not working and did not have so much money to pay for them. There was a price for photographing 1 look listed for $750. Then he said "I will give you a discount....I will give you 3 looks for $750". I thought it was a good deal and gave him my credit card. He charged my credit card. Then he said ..."lets get started with the first look photoshoot today...and you come back day after tommorrow to shoot the next two looks with more clothes." He then showed me the make up room where their make up artist did my makeup and their photographer took my photoes.....Then as I walked out of there I felt a bit uneasy....becoz in that meeting he had asked me not to tell anyone about the money that I paid!!....So, I decided to check the internet and OMG...I found a whole bunch of articles stating that it is a scam!! and ripoff reports that they have been reported to BBB also...I printed out some of those ripoff reports and went back yesterday to the New faces center. I told him "I have found reports that you are a scam and want my money back. You have been reported to the BBB". Then he said " Macys, HomeDepot etc have scam reports too but do people stop going there? And now you see scam reports against us....I am not going to let that stop me from doing my business ...We have been in business for 16 years...I have my daughter working for me too....And look at all these people we have placed in the industry."....I said "I dont want to continue this any more and want my money back". He said "Well you took pictures already right?" I said "I have called my credit card people already and have asked them to stop the payment you charged me". He said "You cant just walk into a restaurant and pay there and then cancel the credit card transaction the next day...Thats illegal...YOU are scamming us."....He further said " And you took pictures with us....and look at our price list...We have 1 look for $750...and I was being nice to you by giving you the other two looks for FREE". I argued " But you didnt tell me that the other two looks are free...you just said that you were giving me a discount. So, you can divide the $750 by 3 and deduct $250 and give me back $500 at least". He then went back to his list and said "No!!....Our list says that 11 look was for $750...and I was giving you the other two looks for free. Dont change our words...You are scamming us by changing our words."..So basically he was not going to give me my money back. In the end I asked him to give me my CD of pics...and he said I will have to come back next week to get it plus I will have to pay $45 for the CD also (which was part of the agreement). So, I couldnt argue the fact that his price list had $750 for 1 look and he got me to pay it by telling me about this "discount" and photographing me the same day. So, when I got back I called my credit card people and asked them to let the $750 go through since I couldnt argue his price list. And now I have to go back to get my CD. But I feel scammed. I feel he shouldnt have gone back to his original price list of $750 per look after telling me that he was giving me a discount. And now he is telling me that I am scamming him !!...Plus he told me that "BBB was a Bunch of Bullshit...that gets complaints everyday..."...He said " You cant just listen to negative side of things...You have to listen to positive side of things too.."....Plus he looked at my copy of ripoff reports that I confronted him and told me that the complaints were 6 years old....and he was not believing them!!
What should I do? Can something be done to stop these people from extracting money out of people by foolCan anyone out there PLEASE HELP ME?? PLEASE...
THANKS.

A couple of friends and I have recently been planning a gig for a well-known local charity, we've hired out a venue with about 250 capacity, secured about five local bands to play, ordered wristbands and we're in the process of finding discounted poster printing. The venue will only allow a dry bar, but a popular pub is just a few doors down.
Right now we're looking for ideas for ways to make a little more money for the charity at the gig, and we're looking for good selling points. If anyone could suggest ideas for other things we could include to make the gig more exciting and appealing to potential guests, it would be of real help.
Please keep in mind, our target audience are 15-25 year olds, hence we're advertising in local schools, colleges and independent clothing stores.

moreResolved Question: DPA by an advertisement company, how do I complain?
Hi,
I was working in an estate agency . One day , a sales person from my local borough came to my office in order to promote an advertisment opportunity in the local borough street map. I was interested but I told the gentleman that I would advertise for the new company I was about to open myself in two months. He agreed with the conditions and took my personal details for the meantine and he was supposed to give me a call back and take the relevant informations that i wanted to print on the street map.
Two months later,I reveive the printed street maps along wiht an invoice, al when I look up for the ad, it was all my personal details were printed. It included my home address,my cell phone number,my personal email address, and my home phone number along with the old agency company name and their fax number. I was furious to see this! First of all the ad made no sense since all the informations were mixed up and secondly, my personal data were printed like this and now are in reach of the whole community of my local borough. I was shocked to know the council itself could make such a huge mistake. I have been receiving so many calls on my phone (both cell and home) ,my email id is full of spams. Now that they are asking for the invoice payment,I wrote them a letter to complain about the situation and recently they wrote back to me saying they refuse my complain and still expect the payment.
The reason they give me was that I was suppoised to call them in roder to tell them the infromation I wanted to be printed on the ad,they said they called at home and no one anser and plus they said they send many fax at my old agency! Why would they send fax there when i specifically had told them I will not be there anymore. They finish the letter by stating that since they had no reply from me,they printed my personal data!! I still cannot beleive they did that just for the sake of an ad and some hundred pounds.I mean the council prefered to print my personal details rather than cancelleing the ad. I called them when i recieved their letter and still stand by saying they did nothing wrong. I dont understand why they dont realize the gravity of their mistake . I work with my clients personal data,I know how careful i have to be with their details ,any mistake and I can be sued for data protection leakage.
Please help to reply back to them with strong words so this issue is for once and for all finished.
I will not pay for this ad .Period.
I want them to realize their mistake ,and compasate me for the damages it did to my personal life ( compensation is just to scare them off,I dont want it lol)
And now then sent me a court notice saying that if I still dont pay within 3 days they will take me to court. I should be taking them to court! (but cant affort it..)
Many Thanks.
moreResolved Question: Is this considered false advertising?
The grocery store advertised the bottle as "Langers Cranberry 100% Juice" so I placed an order with my delivery thinking there is no sugar or anything else added.
When the bottle arrived, the actual wording on the bottle is "Cranberry Plus 100% Juice." Then in small print on the bottom it says "Cranberry flavored juice naturally sweetened with one other juice from concentrate with added ingredients". Ingredients must be listed in order of which is included the most. The first ingredient on this is apple juice from concentrate, then cranberry and a bunch of other stuff. The color is red like cranberry juice, there is only a picture of cranberries on the label on the cover (no apples). The taste? If I had to take a blind folded taste to guess, it tastes 100% like apple juice.
Is anyone at fault here? Is the grocery store at fault for posting a small blurred picture of the front of the bottle where you can't read the small print and not stating anything about apples in the description? Is Langers atr fault for labeling it as 100% cranberry juice when it's basically apple juice with a touch of cranberry to give it the red color and use it as the name of the juice? I was advised to purchase cranberry without apple juice or other products and not from concentrate for my urinary tract infection and feel ripped off, deceived and mislead (Ocean Spray cranberry juice not from concentrate without apple also costs $4.99 and regular apple juice which I consider this costs $1.99. I would've purchased Ocean Spray had I known they were tricking me).

This site deletes bad reviews, because I left one for the hotel I booked through bookit and it disappeared. I used them again and booked what was advertises as "room"for 75 bucks. Well for 2 nights Royal American ended up tacking on $55 cleaning fee, a 15 Registration fee on top of the usual taxes. Bookit claims it was disclosed before I paid, but that is misleading. I had to go back and try to book this room again, before I found this info burried in some fine print that you even had to click on for it to expand that section where these fees where listed. I'm trying to find the right way to set up my own photo-gallery through which I could sell my photos (either in digital form, and/or as art prints).
Could you recommend a website, that is an online service where I sign up/pay, set up gallery/upload photos, advertise and sell... ?
The theme is mostly landscape/nature photography, some urban themes and some abstract art.
The obvious answer might seem to be "just google it!", but it's not that simple, the search doesn't really turn up what I need.
The gallery's (website's) location doesn't really matter, but just for info, I'm in Europe (Croatia), so something within the continent/EU might be a better choice.

I worked at a restaurant and I got fired for a stupid minor mistake (I made a mistake when printing a customer's bill but I did pay it out of my pocket later) a couple of months ago and now I decided to apply to restaurants again. The problem is I didn't work at any other restaurant other than the place that fired me and that was for about 6 months. Now in NYC they all want experience.I'll be visiting places and give them my resume.None of these places actually advertised any openings so it will be a cold visit. Now I don't want to completely take out my previous experience (because that's all experience I have) but I'm worried they will call my previous employer.I will never give the previous employer as a reference because I did that once and it cost me a job even though they told me I could trust them about giving references but I'm worried they will look them up and call them. What should I do? :/I would never lie about the situation (if asked)in the case I was hired but I'm worried they will call my previous employer behind my back before the hiring or after the hiring.

Subsequently, the company deducted $2.00 from his SIM card DAILY regardless of whether my boy answer any further questions. After checking with the company, they claimed that they have placed the condition together with the quiz '.. daily charge of min $2.00 .. TILL U CANCEL..' Unfortunately, my boy was too excited to answer the quizz than to take notice of this small printed condition. I came to known about it only when his prepaid-card keep running out of money. Singtel said they can't do anything about it. Sam_media said they have stated the fact. As a mummy, I asked: "Is this ethical? Is this a proper advertising marketing gimmick? moreResolved Question: Is this an illegal form of advertising?
Okay, so I'm 14 and I've been using this site called FreebieJeebies, and to get my free item, which in this case is an iPhone 4 - 32GB SIM FREE, I have to get 29 referrals, which basically means I have to get 29 people to sign up at this link http://apple.freebiejeebies.co.uk/338359
So far, from YouTube videos and just posting around forums, I've made 1 referral, and at this rate it's going to take ages to get my iPhone.
I want to use the methods that the guy in this video teaches
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUOku7gPRvY
So I want to like go around and whenever I go out and I like go to public toilets, I will put like little business cards down or like flyers.
I was just wondering though, is this illegal? I will be like leaving them on tables deliberately and when I go camping soon I want to use this as a chance to place more around the village we're going to. The business card will just have "Free iPhone" printed at the top, with some information underneath and then a website I will be setting up for it.
So here are my questions...
1) So, what parts of this are illegal?
2) How much trouble could I get into for this?
3) Am I likely to get into trouble?
P.S. It may sound stupid, but on the business card I'm going to say that I'm a woman and that the website is run by me, to bring in more people.
P.S.S. I don't want any answers saying this website is fake, I know for a fact it's real.I don't care if it was illegal for the website to make me want to sell this idea, I'm not selling it. Also, could you please just answer the questions I ask? I only want to know about if it's illegal to place around the business cards.
moreResolved Question: scammed looking for a place on craigslist?
I was looking for a place on craigslist and i emailed my inquiries to the email address provided and this email was sent back to me from karen@dallasgazette.net
Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to email me about the place.
We thought we had the place rented last week to a young couple, but communication has dropped off. you are the first person to email about it since we put it back on the market . It would only be fair that we gave you the first shot at the property.
Normally, we would prefer a year lease, but would also be open to shorter terms. I'm sure that you will want to see the property before making a final decision. I would simply give you the address and let you swing by, but my husband is against blindly advertising an empty home online. Rest assured the home has been up kept properly and had a good cleaning and fresh coat of paint. Basic utilities are currently on, but we expect that you would get them put into your name fairly quick.
If you want to go ahead and schedule a time to see the property, go to the link below and print off the free copy of your report. Your score isn't necessarily important, we're just interested in seeing that there are no evictions / landlord related judgments.
Here is the link: HERE
I am very open as far as appointments go to show the property. Any morning after 10am is fine. Just let me know when you have everything printed and be sure to leave me a contact number to reach you at and any desired time. I will call you to confirm a time and choose a place to meet.
Thanks for looking,
So, I got a credit report my.creditreport.com and i was wondering if it was a legit site. then she told me to click on this link (http://forms.aweber.com/form/64/1434016664.htm ) and stupidly i did but it led me to a blank page. Then i found out it was a scam. Through all this will this person be able to access any of my information such as my social security number or my credit card number? if so what should i do next?i actually didn't email this person my SSN or my credit card number but i had to put it in that website (my.creditreport.com) and i was wondering if they would be able to somehow access my information from this webstie?

My friend and I both want to start our own babysitting "business" together. Both girls, I'm 14 and she's 13 (almost 14), going into 9th grade. I've taken a babysitting class before (so I learned CPR), however my friend has not. I've babysat my neighbors a couple times and my little brother, but that's it.
So for advertising, I was just going to print off some flyers and put them up in my dance studio since there's a ton of moms and little kids that dance there.
I was wondering how else to get the word out about our babysitting business? And also, since there's two of us, how much should we charge? And for example, do we tell the clients $4 per hour each OR $8 per hour total? Any advice would be helpful, thanks. Also, we were going to call ourselves "S.O.S. Sitters"...Thoughts on the name?
And what should we include on the flyer?
Sorry, so many questions!

moreResolved Question: Economical ways to promote a flight in a WWII B-17 Flying Fortress near Boston Aug 20-22, 2010?
I’m the President of the largest EAA (www.EAA.org) chapter in the Greater Boston area and we’re a 501(c)(3) public charity, but with a very small budget … We’ll be hosting the EAA (also a 501(c)(3)) Museum’s WWII B-17 Flying Fortress bomber known as “Aluminum Overcast” at the Lawrence Municipal Airport for a 3-day tour stop August 20-22, 2010 – but would love some advise and/or contacts:
EAA requires that the host chapter (that’s us, EAA Chapter 106 – www.EAA106.org – see link for B-17 flyer on home page) provide all the advertising for both the flights (morning) and ground tours (walk through the plane in the afternoon) – times tbd. With a limited budget and a down economy, our chapter needs to be even more creative than normal in our advertising.
In the past (and we’re doing these this year, too), we’ve posted flyers in pizza shops, convenience stores, grocery stores, etc – and have taken some to hotels near the airport. We’ve also posted our event to on-line aviation calendars (Aflyer, AOPA, EAA, etc). We’ve tried newspaper advertising, but that was too expensive for the results.
We also try to get main-stream press (TV, major newspapers, radio) to cover the event and they can sign up for a free press flight if they agree to give coverage. Btw - If you are the right contact at a major news media in the greater Boston area – or can give me a personal contact at one of these media outlets, please contact me at: (substitute item in parenthesis with item indicated): EAA106(dot)President – then: (at)gmail.com
WHERE WE NEED IDEAS:
We’ve looked at Groupon and LivingSocial, but their fees (from my research) typically eat about 50% of the coupon price (which seems to be about 50% off). So a ticket for a flight on the B-17 which is $425 at the tour stop ($399 if booked in advance) would cut what EAA would receive to be just above $100 which would not even begin to cover the actual cost of the aircraft fuel & maintenance (parts from WWII are either rare and expensive or have to be hand-made …), hauling a maintenance trailer to the tour stop, etc. Since the flight price has been held for the past few years, but fuel and maintenance costs have gone up, I have to believe the museum must be operating the B-17 on minimal margin and needs most of the ticket price to cost the costs (which include the costs of flying it to us …). So a long answer to explain that we just cannot afford to offer a Groupon (or equivalent).
We also cannot afford the locally mailed coupons.
So – We need ideas … but economical ones … minimal printing & postage – and most of our members are older and don’t twitter, Facebook, etc.
One idea I had was to snailmail flyers to upscale hotel concierges (something for a visitor to do), but is there any easy way (other than search every high-end chain hotel name one-by-one) to find a list of just the upscale hotels and addresses?
What are some of YOURideas for getting the word out?
THANKS for any helpful ideas!
PB – President, EAA Chapter 106 www.EAA106.org host of EAA www.EAA.org B-17 www.B17.orgStill hoping for more answers than just PSAs. Anyone else have some suggestions?

Not the movie. I'm sure it's godawful, but what's funny is what's on the Wikipedia page about it's box office sales!
The film was a major box office disaster. In its opening weekend, the film grossed $27,696 in 111 theaters in the United States, averaging $249 per theater.[15] The Houston Chronicle determined that, based on average ticket prices, this represented an average of 35 people seeing the movie per theatre on its opening weekend, or an average of five per showing.[16] In other words, the movie "bombed", costing the production company responsible over $8,000,000. According to Box Office Mojo, the movie has grossed $1,469,293 worldwide as of June 17, 2008.[17]
For its release in the United Kingdom, the film is being advertised as "The Number One Film", with small print revealing its being number 1 on the IMDb Bottom 100. The film opened at 32 and grossed $34,231 in 28 theaters in the United Kingdom.

moreResolved Question: How can I get my kodak esp 3 printer to print correctly?
So I gave in when this printer first came out and purchased it. I've been having problems printing pictures the past few months. I have brand new ink and the papers i'm printing that have color aren't vibrant. they're dull and sometimes it doesn't print too well at all. I can forget about printing pictures, because it screws up the color of the photo. I end up getting a grey blue photo. What can I do to fix this? Is there a setting? It spools itself every time I power it up after it's been unplugged. I'm really disappointed with this printer. My old hp printer, which was a dinosaur, printed pictures and printed pages with color so well & the only time I had issues with it is when it was low on ink. It was small and reliable. I'm regretting giving it to my brother very much now all those months ago. This kodak esp 3 is a beast and it's noisy. it sucks! I bought this to print great quality photos like it says and print papers fast and not have to worry about tinkering with it to try to get it to re-spool just to come out a little darker. Does anyone know how to make this hunk a junk work the way it's advertised??

So my main question here is why has really unlimited internet service that has accelerator and is cheap ?
moreResolved Question: What Brand/Type of Printer Should I Buy that is Decent for Home Use and Economical!?
I see many types of printers now that are advertising cheap ink. In ten years I've had several printers, but only two brands, HP and Lexmark. I have a Lexmark now which is a fax machine and scanner also, and I like it, but I have found that Lexmark basically wants to suck every dollar I have buying cartridges and if you chance to refill one, the printer will plague you to words that would make a cultist blush.
I use my printer at home. Occasionally (more now than in the past though), I print pictures, because all of the stores require permission letters for anything that resembles a studio portrait, but I'm not that into portrait printing.
I print a lot of documents and I'm sick, I mean sick of worrying and paying out the wazzu for print cartridges. I'm willing to spend a little more for the printer if I can indeed buy cartridges, whether color or black, without breaking the bank. I do need an all-in-one though, with a fax.
Anyone with any experience with the Kodaks are the others that have genuinely cheap refills with decent quality, please give me some advice.

moreResolved Question: Since the Federal Court scrutiny over "Truth In Advertising" laws defined a business as equal to that as peopl?
is there any way to sue the federal government to impose a stricter fine for Slander and Libel, so that it will BE a penalty for business, as it is for people, rather than a minor expense, for businesses to lie (EG,. commercials, Every movie advertised as the #1 of the year, the name of "Advanced Auto Parts" as the company has little to nothing that is more advanced than others, FOX news stating a FEW things about a news topic, then give nothing but opinion, etc...)?IF IT'S IN THE FINE PRINT WOULDN'T IT BE PRUDENT TO SUE COMPANIES TO SUPPLY THE MAGNIFYING GLASS AND THE LEGAL DICTIONARY TO READ AND INTERPRET IT?
Please, if you have relatives as lawyers or judges, ask them about this. I've written one senator to see about imposing a 30% fine of income of what is lied about, and negotiate to no less than 20% of the income from the item lied about.
Amendment 9 or 10 would justify actions of such, wouldn't it? How would we, as a people go about it effectively?
PLEASE, if you can't take a question as a whole, and feel the need to chop it into pieces, and criticize 1 piece, the problem isn't the question, is it?
In the 1980's the Federal courts stated how businesses have equal rights, as that as an ordinary citizen. It's agreed, that slander and libel torts should be sufficient, but aren't, in that the meager fine isn't suitable to send a judicial message as the company earns billions. Accounting records prove how fines as such are marked as expenses of operation.
Please refer me to the names of the proper textbooks for ACCURATE legal research. That within the school of hard knocks is much better education than what "education systems" offer. The Federal government has been sued several times with DNA Proving wrongful incarceration. Is your point how when a company takes a contract for a state, county, and city government, the company isn't able to complete their contract, those governments can't sue the companies through breach of contract, and would wind up costing jobs, et al, within the community, making it a decrease of tax income?
If you can help with references for strategies to restrengthen checks and balances (of other branches of government and businesses). The founding fathers, as businessmen, did debate how the preamble started, with "We the people", and there is historic evidence of discussion of having it be "We the people and their businesses..." and it was discarded, as tyrany was at point in the discussion.
Kearns-Goodwin, I believe knows where to find it.
