Let´s suppose that I have to set up a new bussiness.... That's my proposal to hand it to my teacher. -------- As we are going through financial crisis and according to the experts in economics there's still a long way to go…, there are some people who need money and other people who need to buy things without paying a lot of money for them so my partner and I want to invest our money in a new business setting up a shop to buy and sell second-hand household appliance and goods such as fridges, televisions, computers, blenders, cookers, toasters, coffee makers, furnishings and so on. Our general directives: Trade Name: Butterfly & Bloom, Ltd. Our Slogan: Sell what you don't need; buy a low price what you need. Objective of the Company: Buying and selling second hand goods. Head Office: Apple Avenue, 6. We’ve chosen this area to work because it is very crowded every day and there are car parks. Number of Employees: 6. Description of jobs: - A business manager: The applicant must be highly qualified to hold this post. This person will be in charge of buying goods in perfect condition setting the buying and selling price for each item. He or she will also manage the smooth running of the shop - A qualified accountant who will do the books in the firm and also different administrative tasks in the office. - Shop assistants: We have to contract four people to sell our goods and attend to our customers. They will also be responsible for tidying up the shop. Working Hours: Opening and closing hours for shops determined by law. That means from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 a.m to 21:00 p.m. Shop assistants will work full-time in shifts of six hours each with a 20-minute snack break. That means they’ll only work 36 hours per week. Our manager and accountant will work 40 hours per week with long break for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday as Monday is the worst day of the week to sell. Working Conditions: By law, employees can’t work overtime except on the eve of Christmas and all of them will be registered with Social Security Salary: Our staff will earn the annual base salary established by law, commissions of 5% from the sales made and two bonus in July and December. Date of payment: Our employees are paid monthly in arrears directly into a bank account. Uniforms: All our employees will wear clothing showing that they are from Butterfly & Bloom. Holidays: 30 day paid holiday a year. -------- Thanks in advanceMark, I´m studying English not Economics as well as I´m Spanish. It's just my homework!! But in Spain the things are different. When you contract employees, they have to be registered wiht Social Security by the company. That involves pensions and health cares although in Spain public health system is universal. You can visit to doctors or be operated without paying Social Security. Comissions are on profits. When you cover your expenses or cots then you begin to pay comissions. Anyway tkanks for your advice. I've enjoyed reading them. ----------- Thanks Jen for your help. moreResolved Question: Zombie Game Name and Slogan Ideas Needed!?

I'm looking for a free rpg making site, text-based, and doesn't require download. It can sort of be like this site for making petsites: http://www.v-petsite.com/ <<---that's V-Petsite, and it's impossible to make the type of RPG I wanna make without pets. I am also hoping the site is free whatever it is, mainly 'cause I wouldn't be able to afford the paid type of sites. I'd be glad to join a site that's like V-Petsite - free, premium membership is optional, has a set engine to make the type of site you wanna make, allows you to make your own layout/code, add enemies, make/add games, and most importantly for the RPG kinda thing, you have to have playable characters. I plan on making a werewolf kind of roleplay. I've got a nearly done story for it to be a pretty interesting (not sure about fun yet ^^;) rpg. Here's my info on what I plan to do, but read if you don't mind spoilers. XD RPG Name: Lunar World: Dusk of Heroes (Version one name, and sort of like a "Dawn of Heroes" thing but hey, it's a werewolf rpg! X3) Slogan/Mini-Description: A world inhabited with beasts of the night; good and bad. World Name: Lunar World (duh XD) Player's Alignment: Good or Bad (if possible, you choose your side. Otherwise, default would be the good side) Story (may be changed time to time): One late afternoon, a mad scientist by the name "Dr. Inasum" was testing out mutation chemicals that well, worked. These chemicals accidentally were discovered and thought to be a new juice of some sort. Dr. Inasum realized the chemicals weren't fully developed, as they'd only react to mutate objects, things, or people with the shining of moonlight. It also had chances of making the mutated ones evil, and others (you) good, or at least free of will. Sometime after the drink was fed to some peoples' pet, or the juice was poured into lakes, animals would now mutate into evil beasts since most animals wouldn't have much free will of their own. Those who had their free will, mostly the hero mutants, went ahead to try and find a cure for this mess and help pets and animals return ro normal without harm. Though, some juices also got into plants, mutating those to powerful, most vined, monsters that heroes had no choice but to destroy. (so much for being green in this case I guess XD but seeds are collected afterward so I'm not encouraging such cruelty to plants or animals. ;3) When these heroes or villains transform at night, it's finally called their "Lunar form". Some turn into werewolves, others into werecats, while some also turn into other beasts such as dragons or mixed beasts like wolfcats (werewolf and werecat together) So, how do you like? ^^ Answers are most appreciated though, I really wanna make this roleplaying game for Halloween and mostly, satisfying my werewolf mood. X3 Please find those text-based rpg making sites~! thnx! =3 moreResolved Question: What would you put on your rugby shirt as a slogan instead of your name?

A number of years ago I was given a blue striped (light and dark blue striping not the navy chest with blue arms version) David Beckham Pepsi football t-shirt. There is a large Pepsi logo on the front with a smaller logo on the left arm along with the pepsi slogan 'ask for more'. I have never seen any body else wearing the shirt I can't even find another one on the internet so I'm guessing it's rarer than I thought. In the past I wore it to a charity football match and a tennis match and on both occasions people asked me about the shirt and commented saying they would like one unfortunately though I don't know where it came from. okay if you don't like conspiracy's don't bother reading all of this - Im trying to perfect my timeline so anyone who knows any history to do with the '13 bloodlines' or the Rothschilds would be helpful. The Rothschild Bloodline The Rothschild Family (Often referred to simply as the Rothschilds) is an international banking and finance dynasty of German Jewish origin that established operations across Europe, and was ennobled by the Austrian and British Governments. The family's rise to international prominence: Mayer Amschel Rothschild (1744-1812). He developed a finance house and spread his empire by installing each of his five sons in European cities to conduct business. An essential part of Mayer Rothschild's strategy for future success was to keep control of their business in family hands, allowing them to maintain full descretion about the size of their wealth and their business achievements. Mayer Rothschild successfully kept the fortune in the family with carefully arranged marriages between closely related family members. His 5 sons were: Amschel Mayer Rothschild (1773-1855): Frankfurt Salomon Mayer Rothschild (1774-1855): Vienna Nathan Mayer Rothschild (1777-1836): London Calmann Mayer Rothschild (1788-1855): Naples James Mayer Rothschild (1792-1868): Paris The acclaimd poet Ezra Pound, in his World War II radio propoganda broadcasts from Facist Italy, openly named the Rothschilds as masters of a clique of banking houses that caused the World Wars, in order to profit from them and get countries in debt to the lending central banks which Pound claimed the Rothschilds interests owned and exercised control of a nation's policy by having the power to issue the nation's money. The Timeline: 1790: Mayer Amschel Rothschild states, "Let me issue and control a nation's money and I care not who writes the laws." 1791: The Rothschilds get, "control of a nation's money." through Alexander Hamilton (their agent in George Washington's cabinet) when they set up a central bank in the USA called the First Bank of the United States. This is established with a 20 year charter. 1811: The charter for the Rothschild Bank of the United States runs out and Congress votes against its renewal. Nathan Mayer Rothschild is not amused and he states, "Either the application for renewal for the charter is granted, or the United States will find itself involved in a most disastrous war." However the United States stands firm and the Charter is not renewed, which causes Nathan Mayer Rothschild to issue another threat, "Teach those impudent Americans a lesson. Bring them back to colonial status." 1812: Backed by Rothschild money, and Nathan Mayer Rothschild's orders, the British declare war on the United States. The Rothschilds plan was to cause the United States to build up such a debt in fighting this war that they would have to surrender to the Rothschilds, and allow the charter for the Rothschild owned First Bank of the United States to be renewed. 1816: The American Congress passes a bill permitting yet another Rothschild dominated central bank, which gives the Rothschilds control of the American money supply again. This is called the Second Bank of the United States and is given a twenty year charter. The British war against America therefore ends with the deaths of thousands of British and American soldiers, but the Rothschilds got their bank. 1832: President Andrew Jackson (the 7th President of the United States from 1829 to 1837), runs the campaign for his second term in office under the slogan "Jackson And No Bank!" This is in reference to his plan to take control of the American money system to benefit the American people, not for the profiteering of the Rothschilds. 1833: President Andrew Jackson starts removing the goverment's deposits from the Rothschild controlled, Second Bank of the United Stats and instead deposits them into banks directed by democratic bankers. This causes the Rothschilds to panic and so they do what they do best, contract the money supply causing a depression. President Jackson knows what they are up to and later states, "You are a den of thieves and vipers, and I intend to route you out, and by the Eternal God, I will route you out." 1835: On January 30th, an assassin tries to shoot President Jackson, but miraculously both of the assassin's pistols misfired. President Jackson would later claim that he knew the Rothschilds were responsible for the attempted assassination. 1836: Following his years of fighting against the Rothschilds and their central bank of America, President Andrew Jackson finally succeeds in throwing the Rothschild central bank out of America, when the bank's charter is not renewed. 1841: President John Tyler (the 10th president of the United States From 1841 to 1845) vetoed the act to renew the charter for t moreResolved Question: what is a perfume slogan for the name sapphire?

I dream of opening a Free love hobby club like you have LAUGHTER clubs, totally manned by volunteers who come together for the central activity -to spread love - to as many people as they can, to as many people who request to be loved! The slogan of this club should be something like: "Everyone Deserves Love -like air and water, it's available here for FREE" It's not an exaggeration to state too many people are bitter and angry because they don't have love at a given point -they can be orphans, disabled, victims of domestic violence, painful divorces, financial uneasiness, racial prejudice, feeling isolated and alone -got noone to talk to -name anything, and we have a solution for you at our club. In "Everyone Deserves Love", when you walk in through the main door, regardless of your background (including ex-felons) you will not be greeted with cynism, suspicion or indifference. You'll be made to feel welcome, well-accepted and treated with hugs, cuddles and kisses -warm and affectionate, and plenty of people to share your hobbies and interests. And a lot to converse with -no matter what language you speak, you'll never be misunderstood! Just like some polluted cities have oxygen bars, what's wrong with having a temporary place that replenishes your exhausted supply of love for a couple of hours-recharging your batteries and rejuvenating you enough to carry it along in the real world. Just think what lack of love and increasing skepticism has done to our people. Think of all those angry gunmen who keep coming in news for massacring dozens of people out of frustration -what caused them to take their anger out on the world -obviously, they were isolated and didn't have someone to love them! What is the reason someone like a Hitler came into existence? Why are some of the worst people you come across, so consumed with hate? No matter how rich they are - at some point of time in life, at a critical point when they needed love, there was noone ready to give it to them. They felt alone, angry, bitter and ignored. Years and years of that confused existence - some of the things that made them really hate humanity. Many cynics actually under-estimate the healing and therapeutic powers of love. A simple touch, a stroke of affection, kind and gentle words does have the capability to pull a person back from their worst situations. It's funny to note today, there is a premium price on getting love. Psychologists would charge one of the patients hundreds of dollars an hour for listening to a problem that could be solved for free. Some people have lost their entire savings in failed courtship and broken marriages. For what? Couldn't it all be made more simple? moreResolved Question: ideas for a name for an eco clothing shop?

I am making a 30-second TV advert for my Media Production class. I've settled on an idea, and a brand name now all i need is a catchy relevant slogan. Whilst i don't get marked directly on the brand slogan etc (this isn't a graphics course), I need to show how the advert is made specifically for the target audience, which i feel a slogan can most defiantly represent. Here's the idea: A new mobile phone network aimed specifically at students. The network is called 'Beans' . The idea comes from my sister, who currently attends university of which she used to often hear the saying "you'll be living off beans now" meaning that students don't often have a lot of money and/or are used to not cooking for themselves. As one of the networks USPs will be that is cheap, i thought this name was very fitting. Each bean on the logo represents a different 'magic' package or service etc that the network offers - the writing will be bubbly to represent a friendly network. I seem to have written far too much already but if you want to know the actualy advert idea i'll be happy to send that to you aswell. Thanks =) moreResolved Question: ANY GOOD NAME FOR TRAINERS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
