I have managed to find this particular style of shirt in white (obviously), black and ivory/cream, but cannot find any in red. I have seen people wearing them, so I know that they are about. A polite request, please do not respond to simply promote or advertise a particular website and/or company just to get points, please only include websites or companies that would actually sell these types of shirt(s). I am pretty desperate to find one as I need a shirt of this type for a function in February. As I have stated above, I live in the UK, so ideally UK based websites, shops and/or companies please. moreOpen Question: I created my business's website and I want to advertise online. I'm an engineering major and an officer in a sustainable energy technology club and I want to know what job will make the most difference. For example, I've heard fuel cell vehicle technology would be a great alternative to gasoline vehicles, but due to the weak infrastructure for hydrogen fueling stations and FC vehicles, we'd be looking at high cost cars that won't be mainstream for at least another 30 years. I'm also a big fan of renewable energy sources (i.e. wind, solar, hydro, geo thermal, bio fuels), but the simple fact is that we're still going to be running off oil for quite a while. Not that I have anything against oil, it's a great energy dense resource that has been able to provide most of our modern day conveniences, but even oil companies are eventually going to have to resort toward using alternative sources of energy. Point is, I want to be in the field that will make the most difference in helping develop a more sustainable future. So would that be work in perhaps research, renewable energies, sustainable transportation, infrastructure, proper public advertising, politics, or what? moreOpen Question: Anyone know of any programs or companies that could advertise in small gyms or clubs?

Hi, I am a recent college graduate who after a year of post graduate internet enteprenuerhip am having to look elsewhere to for income due to a lack of sales and advertising revenue. My internet ventures were also my first job and I am now looking to include my year of web development and database design experience in my resume and cover letters. I have hit snag in adding some technical names referring to specific development tools. This is because some of these names when spelled correctly (ex: "OpenSocial") can appear to the untrained eye as a typographical error (ex: they think "OpenSocial" should by "Open Social"). This is not huge concern of mine if the reader is qualified to evaluate these technical aspects, but I fear it could be a disaster if sent to the human resources department of a large company. My fear comes from the typical skill set of people who work in human resources. Their resume's (ex: http://www.bestsampleresume.com/sample-human-resources-resume/sample-human-resources-resume-1.html) typically do not include the necessary technical experience to know what some terms even mean let alone if they are spelled correctly. Take a look at the following : - OpenSocial API - JavaScript - ObjectDataSource To the untrained eye this could look like four typographical errors occurred due to missing spaces when in fact it is an error free list of useful skills. The first being a way to promote products by creating embeddable devices using a standard format supported by most social networking sites, the second being a scripting language commonly used to improve user interfaces, and the third being a way to restrict access for different sections of a database to authorized people. How should I structure the technical names on my resume that consist of two or more words combined with capital letters in the middle? moreOpen Question: Which Australian private health insurer offers flexible extras?

Right, this idea has been playing on me for a while, i'm a big photoshop user and come up with some great designs, i also have hand drawn images thrown my way to use every so often. My idea is to set up a T shirt printing business but selling my own stock of t shirts and hooded tops (zip up and pullover) and on the side line doing custom orders. Heat Transfer, Vinyl Printing and Screen Printing...Which one is best, for business? Also saying buy whole stock i buy a t shirt at £1.00 would selling them for £15.00 each be ok? and buying a hodded top for 3.50 and selling them for £18.00 is that a good price? I know i will need some capital to buy stock and printing equipment as well as setting up a website. I do have a long term plan which includes a lot of promoting incl' Car shows, fashion shows, word of mouth, leaflets also self advertising ( wearing a t shirt which company contact info ) as well as having my car carrying signs about the company. My ideal annual turnover is £248.725 with the wholesale costs, promoting costs, web hosting and printing costs deducted. How come tax would be taking off? I would be proposing this idea towards a family member who runs multiple businesses and might be interested in this venture. also more costs that i need to take into account please let me know :) moreOpen Question: How can I find if a law group business is legit?

Someone told me awhile ago that some people can be paid monthly by companies who want to advertise on your car. It all depends on where you live, what car you drive, etc. But how would I find this and get started? Need money badly! Thank you. moreOpen Question: Do I have cause to expect a higher wage?
I started at my current job 7 1/2 months ago at what I consider I very LOW wage for my education level and ability. I was hired as an internally contracted employee for the rate of $12/hr for an advertising company. My job (a "campaign manager") involves delivering advertising campaigns for a portfolio of customers, managing large budgets, expense reports, web site design, etc. I have a bachelor's degree in business and this is my first post-college full time job. A large portion of my job is ad writing and SEO/SEM. A few things to consider, I did not receive benefits, PTO, holidays or any other perks during the first 7 1/2 months. I was recently informed that I would be hired full-time as a regular employee, now getting all benefits plus a raise to $13.95 per hour. Percentage-wise that is a large raise. However, they're basically bumping me up to what is considered the "starting" campaign manager salary. My issue is, I have already been a campaign manager (performing the same job as ALL other full-time CM's) for almost 8 months, doing the same things as everyone else, and they want to treat my position as though I have no experience. Also, my estimated contract length was 2-3 months, but they did not make this hire until 7+ months after my temporary employee start date. My point is, they are basically bumping me from base pay to another base pay, even though I have 8 months or so of experience, which seems unfair since I won't have a chance for another raise until another year passes. I would like to speak to my manager before I sign my offer letter, but I want to have a solid argument for my case. Do I have a good reason to try and negotiate higher? moreOpen Question: Essential Oils stop Receding Hairline?
So I just turned 21 and my hair has been thinning for a LONG time now, but it's really starting to wear down at my self esteem so much that not a day goes by without me getting upset about it or obsessing :(. It started prob when I was 17 but I didn't notice it until I was 19, ugh. I refuse to believe that only methods advertised for hair loss are the only ones that work, because, as you know, the FDA wouldn't say "yeah rogaine works, but if you're looking for a more natural solution, try X, Y, and Z." That gives them more competition-and companies are greedyyy! So, what do you think? Have you had any success stories/know anybody that has with essential oils (like rosemary or whatnot?) Lemme know b/c I'm going nutz! (and don't know how to style my hair either.) moreOpen Question: Please help my with marketing?

For years corporations have sponsored high school sports. Their ads are found on the outfield fence at baseball parks or on the walls of the gymnasium, the football stadium, or even the locker room. Corporate logos are even found on players’ uniforms. But some schools have moved beyond corporate sponsorship of sports to allowing “corporate partners” to place their names and ads on all kinds of school facilities—libraries, music rooms, cafeterias. Some schools accept money to require students to watch Channel One, a news program that includes advertising. And schools often negotiate exclusive contracts with soft drink or clothing companies. Some people argue that corporate partnerships are a necessity for cash-strapped schools. Others argue that schools should provide an environment free from ads and corporate influence. Using appropriate evidence, write an essay in which you evaluate the pros and cons of corporate sponsorship for schools and indicate why you find one position more persuasive than the other. i am pro! please help moreResolved Question: Help me with a business question please?
You are the national sales manager responsible for marketing and selling pasta products for the Olde Italy Pasta Company. While the name implies the firm's products are made in Italy, the actual products are made in Oklahoma. Over the past 12 months your company has experienced declining sales and profits due to lower demand for high-car products. Now upper management feels something must be done to turn the company around. In fact, the situation is so bad that there have been rumors the firm may be forced to file bankruptcy. The management team has asked you to: 1. Find ways to increase sales. 2. Reduce advertising expenses. 3. Decrease the number of employees in your area from 15 to 12. Topics for Discussion: 1. Since you are the national sales manager in a company that makes pasta products, how could you improve total sales when a large portion of your customer base is attempting to reduce the amount of high-carb food items they eat? 2. Although you thought your budget was tight in your area (marketing) before the recent downturn in sales and profits, now upper management wants you to reduce advertising expenses. How can you increase advertising effectiveness while cutting back on advertising expenditures? 3. How do you choose the three employees that must be "given the boot"? Do you have any responsibility for "helping" these former employees once the decision is made? 4. How would you tell the employees that their services were no longer needed? moreVoting Question: Need help finding a missing expense on accounting homework.?

I noticed after the Christmas Holiday it has been taking really long to rent popular movies on Netflix. I called and complained to Netflix about this because I have been waiting about 3 weeks now for Public Enemies and Paranormal Activities. I understand that these movies are very popular but 3 week is very long. Netflix should have stocked up on movies to prepare for the Holiday surge of customers. When I talk with Netflix about this problem all they keep saying is "we don't advertise ourselves as a new release rental company." I think that business philosophy is crap. moreVoting Question: Why as Americans are we not given the courtesy?
of having our candidates for public office bound by the same truth in advertising laws that prevent out right lies by a company when asking for our business?? Political campaigns are exempt from these laws (not from civil liable suits though) why must we endure partisan bashing and personal attacks with no regard for accountability in making the statements??? How can we make an informed choice when one lie is countered with another in the end it becomes nothing more than pure lies does it not?? moreVoting Question: What do you think of this (short) persuasive essay?
Prompt/What they are looking for: Advertising on School Grounds Schools across the nation often have to contend with a lack of adequate funds. As a result, school district administrators have had to find creative ways to obtain additional revenue. Some schools have allowed corporate sponsors to provide money and/or equipment in exchange for advertising on school grounds. Proponents of such plans assert that schools desperately need the funding/equipment and that students benefit from such corporate sponsorships. Opponents argue that these arrangements allow corporations to treat school children as potential consumers, not learners, and that schools should be safe from commercial pressure. Write a letter to your local school board either supporting or opposing a plan to allow corporate sponsors to provide money and/or equipment in exchange for advertising on school grounds. As you write, remember your letter will be scored based on how well you: -develop a multi-paragraph response to the assigned topic that clearly communicates your thesis to the audience. -support your thesis with meaningful reasons and sufficient details. -address the readers' concerns, opposing viewpoints, or counterarguments. -organize your letter in a clear and logical manner, including an introduction, body, and conclusion. -use well-structured sentences and language that are appropriate for your audience. -edit your work to conform to the conventions of standard American English. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- My essay/letter: To whom it may concern, - Advertisement is everywhere now. Billboards, signs, posters, television, magazines, and many other places. Many people pay attention to these public advertisements and many companies profit from this. If schools put advertisements around the campus, the companies would not be the only one to profit. Overall, I think that if schools put the ads on campus in exchange for money to buy very much needed supplies and equipment for athletic activities, the students' education and physical wellness will improve. Some people argue that by putting advertisements in the schools, the students are being viewed as potential consumers and not learners. - If the companies choose to view the students as potential consumers, why not let them? Their opinion is not going to change anything. The school has a reason for placing the advertisements on the campus, so let the company have theirs. Even if the reasons are not the same, the outcome of the deal will be. The school is getting what it needs, money to advance the students education, and the company is getting what it wants, potential buyers. I think in this deal, everyone is benefiting. - In these tough times that we are facing today, everyone needs all the money they can get, especially the schools. By having the companies promoting their products on campus, the school will make money for new supplies and new equipment. Also, the companies could conceivably make a profit too, if the students do go out and buy the item. Overall it is a good thing for the school, the students, and the company. - The only problems I see in the plan of advertisements on the school campus is that the students are as some would say, being brain-washed. They see the ads and want what they are trying to sell. Another reason it is not the most ideal idea, is that the ads may not promote the healthiest things. If the school advertises something, it is saying that they support it The ads show what the school stands for. This could be used to their advantage though by advertising healthier things. Then the school is giving out positive messages to the students, parents, staff, and any visitors. The fact that it is a possibility that the advertisements might portray an unhealthy item should not hold the plan back. The students do not have to buy anything, and they can choose to ignore the ads. - I personally believe that putting advertisements in the schools is a good idea. Many other people agree that the money from the advertisements will benefit the schools. Even though there are some disadvantages like having the ads all over campus, but that is such a small price for new supplies and equipment. Overall, placing the advertisements in the schools is a great way for the school to earn the money it needs. ------------------------------------------------------------ What do you guys think? Any tips on how to improve it? Thanks!thanks! that really helped/what I needed! moreVoting Question: How do I grow the balls to sell raw advertising on my website?

So you can see why Im a little apprehensive about this, so Do you think this company is for real and Im just a little paranoid or should I go with my gut feeling? When I listened to the message the woman stumbled over her words a lot and twice there were gaps of silence almost like she forgot what she was saying so I don't know if she was preoccupied or what but that made me worry tooJust checked out Better Business Bureau for that area and no results were shown for that company... moreVoting Question: how can a "gaming" laptop come with 5400rpm HD?

I mean before that ...our great country went a very very long time and did pretty well for ourselves without that law change. I am just wondering why the politicians changed their mind. moreVoting Question: Are there any measures in the health care bill about restricting drug companies advertising to the public?
I think this is a major contributor to health care costs. Drug companies advertise like crazy, consumers think they need these drugs, go to doctors, get prescriptions, and insurance companies cover it, resulting in higher premiums for everyone. It wasn't so long ago that drug companies were not allowed to advertise to the public. If we returned to that, do you think it would result in fewer doctor's visits, fewer prescriptions, and lower premiums? Is this in the bill?Another point that I forgot to mention: Drug advertising drives up the cost of drugs. Insurance companies cover the over-priced drugs that are being sold to consumers that don't need them via ads that tell them to see a doctor. moreResolved Question: How do I get my businesses website on page 1 of google?

I was browsing on google looking for an unlocked iphone to send to family overseas. Came across this site where people post and reply, sort of a forum site. There I saw some Micheal Dipson guy advertising a lot of things for really cheap prices. Among them was an iphone 3g 32 gig for $300. I sent him an email inquiring about the phones, and he quickly replied that his company has this promotion right now and thus the cheap price. He also wanted the payment to be via western union and he had no actual web site for me to look at. I am pretty sure that this is some sort of a scam. Is there a site that I can report his email address for other people not to fall for this scam? like a BBB (better Business bureau). As to my original questions, does anyone knows if it's possible to buy an unlocked iphone and for how much? Thank you moreResolved Question: which of the following is a compound declarative sentence?
