"So you don't want your baseline hermaticrit to be over 50 percent. They like to target it and keep it at 49 percent. Increasing it from 44-to-49 percent, however, will certainly increase your performance." By using this method, said Conte, the actual drugs, themselves, can't be detected, although the rise in the percentage of the red blood cell increase can. "They can detect the percentage, exactly. If you're re-infusing the blood, and that percentage starts to drop down, you know, as you're preparing and training for the fight, then you can just re-infuse some of their previously withdrawn red blood cells by intravenous injection," said Conte. "They can re-infuse that and they can keep it at a steady level of 49 percent all the way up to the fight. So now, that's all undetectable by USADA." What about in the case of a boxer? "If somebody were advising them, they could use EPO throughout for two weeks, if someone were advising them on how to do it, just like the cyclists do, and they could have previously extracted some of these red blood cells and put them in the refrigerator," said Conte. "So then, five weeks out from the fight, coming in, they can't use EPO, because they're being randomly tested and that might be discovered even though the EPO only stays within your system for a day," said Conte. In reality, it will weaken our ability to screen out terrorists before they attempt to travel to the United States. The secretary said in a press release: “These new measures utilize real-time, threat-based intelligence along with multiple, random layers of security, both seen and unseen, to more effectively mitigate evolving terrorist threats.” In other words, “threat-based intelligence” is replacing searching all passengers from Muslim countries. Why not do both? Does that sound like an enhancement of airline security? What about suicide bombers that terrorists have recruited, but about whom we don’t have any intelligence? As it is, these people are only subject to “random layers” of security, as opposed to systematic security scrutiny. I am certain intelligence-sharing among the many federal agencies has not improved to the point of justifying such a change of policy. DHS should admit that TSA and international airport screeners are not mind-readers, and all passengers traveling to the U.S. must be scrutinized every time, not randomly. With the new policy, travelers from these 14 terrorist havens will no longer be singled out for full scrutiny. This is precisely why terrorists have been recruiting people without any previously known ties to terrorist organizations. This policy is like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic after it hit the iceberg. The Obama administration will never do what needs to be done. Profiling passengers is the most effective way of screening passengers. Political correctness still dominates airport screening worldwide. The Credit Rating Agencies blessed by Congress (Moody's, S&P, Fitches) rated these CDO's so that investors could compare the risk to other debt securities such as US Treasury Bills, Corporate Bonds, Junk Bonds and the like. But greed and fraud entered. CDO's started to contain slices (tranches) of other CDO's and many CDO's contained only sub-prime mortgage assets. All the while the issued bonds were rated AAA! Then CDS's (Credit Default Swaps, insurance on a bond default) began to be written against CDO tranches and sold to investors like Dr. Mike Burry (who understood the sub-prime market would collapse and his CDS's would pay off). This is an example of how bad the fraud got: Example CDO#456 had slices of other CDO's that ultimately had slices of CDO#456 (circular!), then Moody's/S&P/Fitch stamped this junk AAA (the highest credit rating for a bond, the same as a T-bill) so investors around the world invest in the supposedly conservative investment. It is only a recital of symptoms to justify the diagnosis of rising temperature and to conclude carbon emission reduction as cure, blaming world’s transportation & industries as alleged principal cause of global warming & climate change. When it truth, UN wanted to hide their major failures on agriculture & forestry (FAO) from famine, health (WHO) from epidemic and meteorology (WMO) from depletion of O3 layer. Resolved Question: One of the most terrifying apocalyptic dreams I've ever had-KIND OF LONG.?

Let me start off by saying that I've been afraid of the end of the world since I was a kid. However, I just woke up from this dream and it truly scared the crap out of me. Any insight on what it might mean would be great! FYI this is going to be a long story lol. I don't know if anyone has the time to read my convoluted dream heh...Here goes... First of all, I was taking a long nap when I had this dream-I woke up consciously two times throughout it and when I went back to sleep, it started right where it left off. It began at a time when everyone knew the world was coming to an end, or at least that something MAJOR was going to change. Only no one knew when or what was going to happen. We all had emergency backpacks prepared with items like medications, change of clothes, blankets, personal items, etc. so we could be somewhat ready when it came down to it. What happened was something like a worldwide pandemic which turned the infected into skilled assassins for lack of a better word. It spread in a heartbeat and you basically had to get the hell out of where you were and find somewhere safe. at this point in the dream, I had been trying to get in touch with a friend, was unsuccessful and when it looked like she was done for, I left on my own in search of safety. This is where I woke up the first time. I found a sort of "safe house" created by other refugees and in it, no one knew what was going on, everyone was freaked. I kept having panic attacks (something I suffer from in real life) and took a xanax. This other guy had some too, but I think he used them recreationally. The place gets raided, I'm the only survivor. By the way, when the "infected" attack it was more gruesome than any scary movie I've seen. I just got a shiver from thinking about it yuck. They came in packs, carefully calculated, using weapons made from pieces of wood and nails sticking out like bristles on a brush-the nails were essentially what would kill you, piercing your body, etc. They just killed, no zombies, no turning others, etc. Somehow I find the rest of that guys stash of pills, snag it, and run. This is where I woke up the second time. Finally, turns out, I didn't need to look for safety they were looking for me. Some sort of government agency called NOAA(I know there is a real NOAA but I don't think they were affiliated lol) is involved. They are the only people who seem to have some semblance of whats going on,but they're not talking. They are all scientists and dress in white suits almost haz mat style without the hoods. They have also enacted a gag order preventing anyone from talking about anything but I think I'm getting ahead of myself. Ok, so these people find me and take me to one of their compounds which is in a department store in the mall-the mall side exits are closed off so everyone inside and out can't see each other or communicate. The outdoor exits are open so we can see any incoming attacks through the glass doors. These people don't seem to have anything to do with the pandemic but are trying to help some refugees and develop a war strategy. They think I know something, and treat me very specially. I can't talk to anyone but them, though there are only like 5 other refugees in this compound which strikes me as odd, because there are hundreds of people in this mall alone trying to get in and get help. We also aren't alowwed to leave the area. I had to stash my backpack in these lockers right outside the entrance inside the mall, andI had an excort with me to go get it. On the way there, I see my mom in the crowd of people who look just ragged, weary, and helpless-the NOAA people act like they aren't there and I'm supposed to too,. Once I get to my locker, I try to position myself where my mom can see me and fake an athma attack. While I'm digging through my bag to find the inhaler, my mom sees me and tries to come running so we can reunite. The scientist shoots her in the chest (for our safety). At this point my emotions are completely out of control and this is what wakes me up the last time. Because of the gruesome killings, the lack of communication and just the level of emotion in me throughout the dream and STILL, it shocked the hell out of me. I should tell you that I do like scary movies, etc. spent the afternoon leading up to my nap watching PG movies and a show about pizza lol. Thats what I fell asleep to. So I don't think there were any external influences involved. Now that I wrote it all down, I actually feel a lot better though. After all of that, any thoughts on what it could mean?
