The person says that a Spanish marketing firm uses a loop hole where they locate a person (through adverts like personals, language exchange etc) then find a flat mate of theirs, serve them using the flat mate as a agent with out been aware. When the flat mate agrees to accept the documents, he can refuse then straight away once aware that he is been used as the middle person to bring the person with the debt to a small claims court, the person who is been served is usually someone visiting spain, student or passing through, however the marketing company who hires people to seek men online pretending to be single woman, students etc can not themselves serve or they have to appear in court and the Spanish Judge will throw the case out and make the individual (not the company who hires them) pay the court fees, this is becuase they are not legally private investigators or directly working under one or a registered lawyer. Basically, I'm planning to work for a year to save up some money to start my online business. I want to start article marketing, begin my own blogs and place Google Adsense in them, and possibly become a free-lance writer for sites such as ehow.com or suite101.com. I also want to purchase established small start-up blogs/websites that are already making stable revenue every month. The only problem I may need to invest some money before I could buy these blogs. I tried applying for many office jobs, but I never get a call back, there's always so many applicants for these types of positions for some reason, and a lot of them require you to have work experience. The only jobs that I know I can get right now are food service or childcare/babysitting jobs. There's an option to apply for a food service job, but I hope that I won't get burn-out from it because I used to work as a cafe server a couple years ago. I'm sort of a soft-spoken person and sometimes I get very nervous about interacting with new people all the time and then I have a difficult time memorizing information quickly by head, especially when people ordered large food items at a time. I tend to notice that I feel more at ease when I could work with a few people at a time or a one-on-one basis. I also have an option to work in a childcare/babysitting job. I have held many childcare jobs in the past and I really liked it. I will only be watching two children as well. It is a part-time job, but I know I will be able to have more energy and concentration for this work online business. The only thing is my mom wants me to get a job at a company that offers benefits but I have a hard time finding one. So, because of a need for money and all of my efforts in finding a job have not gone through lately, I've decided to try to sell all of my old movies, books, knick-knacks, and other things. I have a lot of figurines, snow globes, and other things like that from when I was younger. Before I take all of my things to the flea market and sell them for two bucks, I'd like to try and find out what some of them are really worth. They may be worthless, but they might not (or maybe at least worth more than two dollars). Same with the other way around, I don't want to unknowingly charge too much for something that may be pretty worthless. Some of them are broken or chipped, but a lot of them are in pretty good condition. How can I find out what they may be worth? I certainly can't pay for any services because lack of money is my problem in the first place. But, if i say that i want the Xbox 360 then i am going to come back to PS3 and say that there is no Little Big Planet on the Xbox 360 or Gran Turismo 5, or Uncharted 2. And if i go with the PS3 i am going to say that there is no Fable on the PS3, or Halo, or Forza. As far as Xbox Live it is an amazing online service, and for the PS3 PlayStation Network is also good, but has less connection. I heard that the Xbox 360 S 250GB got rid of the Red Ring of Death that the old consoles had, and got the Red Dot, which i assume is almost the same thing but a different name. So, if i buy the Xbox 360 and keep it for 1 year and 6 months and then the Red Dot happens and i couldn't fix it, i have to send it to Xbox let them fix it for almost the same price of a new system, when i don't want to pay that much. Also, then what happens to all of my games that i got because i would not want to buy another console for $300.00. Also, the Xbox 360 S 250GB only has a 1 year warranty while the Elite has three years. And for people who are fanboys of Blu-Ray Players i am not and i do not watch movies at all. But I’m not sure how to tell the scams from the legit sites. Hello, I have recently tried using off-site backup solutions such as MOZY and CARBONITE etc and some other off-site backup providers. ( i was a business/high level member of each site) I need to backup my Video files off-site which means i have the need for a lot of storage. However, when i upload/backup my information to the above websites the transmit speed is EXTREMELY slow. My speedtest.net is showing that i have an upload speed of 10megabytes per second. Hello. I have just begun my new online business, and for the past week, I have been making around $300 a day. What I do is I buy and sell websites. There ar two main sites that let you buy and sell websites, flippa.com and digitalpoint.com. The sites that you can buy on digital point are normally really cheap ($30-$1000). If the sites listed on digital point were on flippa, they would be selling for 2-3 times what you can get them for on digital point. However, tons of people still buy from flippa. So let's say I buy a site from digital point for $100 that comes with great design, great content, but no marketing. I could immediately go to flippa.com and sell it for $250-$400. That's an easy $300 a day. If I did mor sites a day, like 20, you could be making $6000 a day from home. However, how is this considered a company. Could there be a CEO and a board of the company. Don't companies have to provide services or products. We are constantly changing our products (websites) that we sell, so is it considered a company?
